TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Rude bank teller. They put a hold on my monthly pay cheque. I have been depositing my pay cheque for more than 1years, never was a problem, until we came to this branch The bank teller decided to put a hold on my paycheque and the rest money on hold.

Yesterday afternoon I went into this branch to do a little banking. While I was in line a elderly couple with thier daughter cut in front of myself and the other clients (roughly 20 other people) to try and make an appointment. The Teller didn't say anything to the couple and thier daughter. She simplely just started to help them, with in a couple of minutes there was a second Teller helping them and then with 5 minutes there was a third person helping them. While the rest of the clients had to wait. Once I got to the wicket I mentioned to the Teller that what they where doing wasn't fair or acceptable. I was told that there was nothing that they could do. It's simple send them back into line. Don't inconvenience your other clients.

this one star review reflects the management of this branch. I have been to several other branches in the edmonton area and have never left any of them disappointed.. except for this one.I am far from surprised that there are several 1 star ratings for this branch all echoing the same issues. poor attitudes, extremely slow service, understaffed and not willing to go the extra mile to exceed your expectations. the management at this location admittedly acknowledges the issues but fails to correct them. this is the absolute root of this branches failures.moving on!

Might be the only branch in edmonton where you can't access the atms at 12 pm on a Sunday.

What's the point of this bank even being here. It's never opened for atm use. It's basically just for daytime hours for retired people. We as customers expect you to hire a security fulltime if you're having issues with loitering. Why else is the doors locked.

Rude bank teller , super slow. Don't take their work seriously. Staff never smile.That's ashamed. Td is a big bank .never come here ever again . Oliver square is one of the best branch

One of the worst location Iv been to, very unprofessional managers at the front, staff aarw not trained even to print a bank statement showing the company name for financial purposes!

Pathetic racist service. All indigenous people should avoid this bank location at all costs, they won't want to help you. They ALWAYS give me issues with my TD CHEQUES, the 2 times I've been to this branch. So I go to another TD branch and they were so helpful and gave me no issues with my paychecks. This location is no good, racist, waste of time.

I am absolutely appalled at the level of professionalism from this branch. My daughter was placed into a duress situation where someone deposited a fraudulent check for an absorbent amount of money into her account and then made her withdrawal that amount from this branch. As a minor, she walked into this specific branch and requested that it be taken from her account. She told the teller that a check was recently deposited into her account and wanted to verify that the funds were there. The teller without hesitation not only said the funds were in her account but not once did they inquire about the LARGE amount she was taking out. As a business owner, when I go and ask for a few thousand from my business account (which was much much less than what she asked for), my bank asks at least 1/2 dozen questions. How is it that YOUR STAFF allow a MINOR to take out money without one single question??? This was a fraudulent check and you failed at checking any sort of account history before allowing this to occur. As a result of your lack of professionalism, she now lost her entire life savings and now has to chase after this. I am disgusted and seriously contemplating removing all my person and business connections from TD because of this.
