Don was just wonderful from the start. He came out personally and performed the inspection. He saved us money by recommending waterproofing a wall that two other companies didn’t even look at, and through many scheduling conflicts on our part still worked with us and was kind and understanding. The crew that came in with Don to waterproof was kind and professional. They were also very tidy and worked to clean up after the project was finished. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Forever Dry. I actually believe it.

Their experienced and know how to fix a basement experiencing water.They helped answer all my questions and walked me through every step of the project, even with the confusing city inspections and permits. 10/10 would use them again, but I won’t have to because my basement is dry!

Don and his team were great to work with. They completed the job on time and in less than a day. They hauled away the extra dirt and put the patches of grass back where they had to dig for our line and drywell. Would definitely recommend.

I bought a house with a messed up sump pump system and he came over, immediately identified the problem, was super communicative and told me exactly what he needed to do, and came back the next day at 9 and was done by 2. He did a beautiful job and was super professional, responsive, and kind. I will definitely call again if I run into any waterproofing issues. Can’t recommend enough
