The Home Depot
I tried to return Christmas lights that didn't work. They wouldn’t accept the return, because 3.5 months had passed since I bought them. I couldn’t return them sooner, because I couldn’t get them off the roof due to ice. I guess they sell Christmas lights that aren’t expected to last more than 3 months. Lesson learned. Going forward I will shop at stores that stand behind their products.

They stole my money. I paid for a ladder. The payment showed in my bank account but something went wrong with their point of sale and it showed them that the sale did not go through. So I left without the ladder I wanted but was charged for it. I was told the money would be put back in my account but it's been 2 weeks and I have seen nothing. I'm looking into getting a lawyer involved because these guys have done this before and probably got away with other people's money. Don't shop there or any Home Depot. If you do beware that their system may try to steal your money.

They’ve always got what I need and when I need it. Sometimes the staff have a hard time keeping up with what I’m after but I know they’re not tradesmen. They’re for the most part doing their best to help us get the stuff to tackle our projects.

With all of these “big box” stores (not just Home Depot) and their items available online only (delivered to store). Question: Why shop at your store when I can get same product/same price delivered to my front door with shipping included (AMAZON PRIME). Want to see my business? Start with better service.

Nice Home Depot located in Red Deer. If you have been to one you know why to expect and this offers the exact same thing. Clean store, nice staff, lots of parking and a great selection. We bought a lot of tools and were helped by a nice lady working the section who gave us some warranty tips. Overall very pleased with my visit and will be back.

I mainly shop at this store for their garden centre, and I'm never disappointed. They have decent pricing, healthy plants, and a wide selection. Only issue I ever have is at checkout, there's always a price that shows up incorrectly or they don't know the price of the plant without a tag. Otherwise, this a nice place to shop for plants!

We purchased a stove, washer and dryer from this Home Depot and it took 6 weeks for delivery, we were ok with that due to renovations but the washing machine was damaged and this was noticed by the delivery driver. We wanted to keep the damaged washing machine until the replacement could be delivered but the driver said the new one would show up within 2 days so we let him take the damaged one. At this point our old 1980,s washing machine was taken to the appliance recycle place and had no way to do laundry. Then we found out we would be another 2 weeks before the next one would show up. 3 weeks later it is now at the store and we are hoping we could pick it up but they cant decide if it has to be delivered or we can pick it up. Joan is the sales person we were dealing with and she has been trying her hardest to help us out and will definitely recommend purchasing through her but would not expect the Home Depot to be as helpful and honest as what she has been.

When I got to home Depot the butcher block countertops stated they had a Live Edge

Home Depot in south Red Deer is located at 2030-50th Avenue (Gaetz Avenue). It is right next to the Walmart. This home depot location offers in store pick up for online orders, with clearly marked parking stall designated for online customers only. Home Depot is clean and usually has staff available to answer questions. Always plenty of tills open for checkout. They also offer free carpet installation.
