Customer service here is wonderful. They have a sale 2 large candles for $44. They have a large selection of scents which makes it hard to make up your mind lol

Candles are great and usually there's sales on. Amazing selection of different scents.

I just love this place. The store is always clean, staff is always very friendly and always willing to help and find the best scent for you.

Worst experience, seems like working for nothing totally not interesting to answer the customers,try to avoid customers lf you try to ask some questions about products their answer I don't know " never recommend this location."

The woman working (I've forgot her name) today was super helpful! She pointed out the various deals and helped me make a decision on the perfect candle for date night! 5 stars for friendly and knowledgeable staff!

My first time to enter this store and glad I did. The lady staff was friendly and helpful. The price is not cheap but they have very good deals. Bought car airfresher and yet to try. For sure to be back and try the other scents.

I am giving this store a 5 star rating not solely based on the candles, because Iove candles so the rating would be 5 stars if i just based it on their products, but also because of their customer service. As soon as I walked into the store an employee greeted me, asked me if I needed any help, and told me if I needed anything she was more then happy to help, after I told her I was just browsing at the moment. It wasn't just the greeting itself, it was also the way she presented herself. She was very personable, had a smile, her voice was very light and inviting, and her greeting did not feel very forced. I don't remember her name, but it was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had, so she definitely deserves 5 stars

Store is not wheelchair friendly & sadly most candles are not sustainably sourced, & are paraffin wax mixes, so neither organic nor healthy, given petrochemical emissions in your home that paraffin wax is. I was disappointed.

The candles are beautiful - they have lovely names and colors and jars. The people are friendly. In comparison with Bath & Body Works, the scents and the quality of scent didn't compare, in my opinion. However, they had a wonderful selection of wood wick candles, which B&Bworks doesn't have. That was lovely.

Love love love this store. Great deals in January and July stock up for the year for yourself and great gift giving. I stop in here 1st and come back when I'm done the rest of my shopping and pick up my bags of candles.:)
