I have been going to see Dr.Baker and the team for a very, very long time, and they are noting but professional, caring, friendly, and very helpful. I couldn't ask for more! Dr. Baker provides the best care, and suggestions and has seen me with last minute notice when needed. Will continue to have my eye exam with KNIAZIEW OPTOMETRY for years to come.

I've been going to the Tecumseh location for 20 years or more. Great location, pleasant and very helpful staff and great optometrists. Also a very good selection of eyewear to choose from.

I have nothing but positive feedback, I called and had an appointment within 3 days, I thought for sure I'd have to wait longer with the pandemic, the eye doctor I saw dr Raies is amazing, thorough and genuine, my eye glass purchase was easy as well, I'll definitely recommend kniaziew optometry

Dr. Renaud and the staff at Kniaziew Optometry are amazing with children. My son has special needs and Dr. Renaud works with him in ways he will understand.

I booked an appointment December 22 2021 for the next week on the 29th the secretary asked for my name number and address. Just like any other doctors office would I show up to my appointment early expecting to get my eyes checked, the secretary asked how she could help me and what my name was then told me that my appointment was canceled and that they did not have my number name or information on file. Which was a lie she asked me twice the week before and I confirmed all my information with her. This was beyond unprofessional I drove all the way to the east side to get my eyes checked and the fact that the secretary could not call me to let me know that my appointment was canceled the day before was absolutely unprofessional. How do you take all my information and yet not remember to give me a call the day before and lie about me not giving you my phone number or name. I highly do not recommend this place to anyone who is actually seeking professional optometry help. It seems that they do not care at all nor do they respect the time and appointments they book. If I could give a negative star I would. Save yourself gas and trouble do not bother with Kniaziew Optometry.

Absolutely terrible service, the doctor insists on trying to make me miss work 3 times so she can make her 20 dollars while I'm missing 400 on a days work refusing to simply order my contacts after 2 fitting appointments.... dealing with them has been a nightmare I switched doctors
