I can't say for their computer service but for the UPS service. It says it will open at 10 am. After 45 minutes of waiting, there still isn't anyone at the store. Very poor customer service and respect. They have missed about ten clients in that half hour and we are like 4 that waited 45 minutes.

It's a total disaster. I left my computer and they told me that they were going to call me to give me a price. I waited 3-4 days and they didn't call me. I decided to call and they told me that they would call me the next day. It took them a week to tell me what it would cost Xxx$ $ I said that I have no problem to proceed, he told me that it would be ready in two days, wait two days and call, then he told me that cleaning did not work. to wait two more days for the new piece, after one more week of waiting he told me that he could not change the piece that they did not have the piece that would fit in the computer, I picked up the computer and took it to the apple store they told me that it was almost ready Destroyed inside, after taking off the battery protector, it damaged the cable that connects the maousetrack pad, now the computer works but Apple says that with the damage they did, it will not last long.

I would trust OrdiService 100x over! Did an incredible job of recovering the data from a laptop that was accidentally dropped in the ocean. Despite the salt water and long delay before bringing it to them, they were able to recover my data. Very nice people, quick turnaround and reasonable pricing. Very thankful!

Where to begin on this horrible service.On monday, I went to drop off the laptop to get my fans replaced. I got a receipt and waited for the phone call, which never came. I called Sunday but they where closed and left a message with my correct number.On the following Monday, i havent gotten a callback so after work I go over there and ask what is going on.They sent a txt message for approval to the wrong number as they didn't take it down correctly. Perhaps it has something to do with how red his eyes was.I give the all clear and go back home.On the Tuesday of the following week I call back. Clerk says it ordered and should arrive this week.I tell the clerk I can order them on Amazon with 2 day delivery. The clerk responds what do you want me to do

I took a shot at a local store and was not dissapointed. I was greeted instantly by the girl at the counter who took the time and gathered info about what I needed. She knew exactly what model would cover what I needed. A++ service. Really glad I opted for them instead of best buy and will be going back for anything else I would need on the fly.Highly recommend this place if you're not a tech savvy person. They will guide through any questions, wants and needs and most likely any other future components you may think of down the road.
