Canine Concierge Dog Daycare & Boarding

Amazing Daycare. We have left our little 4 legged friend at both Locations. Every time we pick him up he is exhausted. He gets home and just falls right asleep on his bed. Truly a wonderful experience for a dog to have and a great way to have socialization.

Very dark place,small, not places for dogs to rest,owner lacked love .

I wouldn't bring my dog here...

I recently moved to Vancouver and was searching for a good place to board my pet for an upcoming vacation.I came across canine concierge and saw some pretty decent reviews. I reached out and was told I would have to partake in an orientation of atleast 5 hours. All of this was fine and normal.Once I brought him to the daycare on Davie street for his orientation, the setting definitely did not look as the picture portrays. Much darker and crowded. I figured I would give it a try nonetheless hoping for the best.We left him there from 10am-4:30pm. When we picked him up I noticed right away a mark on his front shoulder. I just took it as a minor scratch and decided to not say anything as these types of things do happen when dogs get the playing however it was a little unsettling.Before we left, we were told that there was a fee. I was never told there would be a fee for the orientation as many places do this just to evaluate your dog's behaviour and isn't actually a daycare day". When I questioned it I was told "ofcourse there's a fee" as if I should have known on my own already. I payed the fee however i felt like the situation was dealt with very poorly and came off quite rude.Once i left

I was honestly on the fence but my puppy gave it 4 solid stars m there are some really great staff there

This place was able to accommodate my Labrador Retriever. He was always happy to be dropped off, and had a great time with his new friends!
