Burrito Del Rio
I enjoyed my meal. Had beef and pork burrito. The pork wasn’t the best but the beef was terrific. Cozy restaurant definitely has the “Mexican” vibe.

06/06/2023. Dropped by to pickup lunch for 3. I really like the place. It’s sort of hard to find a parking spot. We parked across the street by the church. We were getting takeout so no problem. If you plan to dine-in I suggest you watch the clock as the parking patrol checks regularly. The place is not that big but the size fits the area. The selection is very good. We were given options for our Burritos which was nice. The portion is I just right at least for me. Lots of flavour and well worth going to. The only thing was a customer had a dog not on a leash. In my view unacceptable. Put the pooch on a leash or keep it out of the restaurant.All in all a good place to go and is comparable to most taco place we go to in Phoenix.

Had 24 hours in Winnipeg and was glad I had lunch here. Portions were enormous, service was friendly, and it felt like the place to be.

With some fair experience in genuine Mexican food back home, I came here from out of town and was impressed. Good authentic taste, great service. There was a line out the door so I figured it’d be good. Nice big burrito filled with all the goodies.

Good patio in summer. Partner loves the burritos. I used to get the margaritas but they were only good when the manager made them.

Visited town for a week and stopped into this gem twice. Delicious food, a great authentic experience, with fast counter service. When you walk in you are hit by a wall of flavours in the air, so you know before you even order that it's going to be good. The menu is small, but all of it tempts you, making ordering a touch tricky; because you want all of it. A great option if you're looking for Mexican cuisine, or just a great meal all around.

Tried their chicken tacos and bare burrito (on separate occasions). The tacos were greatly priced if you were looking for a quick snack while the bare burrito was filling; however, since the sauce was all on top, it did get a bit dry near the end.Their medium sauce had a little bit of sweetness to them while the hot had a little bit of kick, but nothing too strong.

So much yes. You walk in and you just know the food is going to be damn good. And for my first time here, it did not disappoint. I got the Barbacoa burrito and was feeling a little hungry so I got the large. And large it was! I felt like it could feed 3 people. Customize your own food, spice it up to your taste and liking. The food will leave you satisfied and maybe a little gassy for the next few days!
