I haven't been to the mall since the pandemic but had to stop in to get some clothes. I went to Purdys to get a couple items and was very impressed by the staff person working the store. She was very pleasant and was helpful when making some choices at the counter. I really appreciated the time she took and how genuine she was in providing a great shopping experience. If the manager reads this and wants to share with her the receipt said her name was Lucy. Have a great day!

Purchased the salted caramel box of chocolates because they were amazing in the past. This box has a massive amount of salt that was crushed into the top and sides of the chocolate. The person I bought them for was not able to eat the chocolate because of the amount of salt and how it burnt their mouth. When I went to return the chocolate, I was told they don't do returns and that this was their regular quality salted caramels now. It was disappointing being told that chocolate that we couldn't eat was good quality and that there was nothing they would do in store. I was given information to forward our complaint onto the company, but in store service would have been much better.

The chocolate and ice cream here is so delicious you have to try there chocolate hedgehogs they are so good. The only thing is that it's a little pricey.
