I loved that you're working with apprentices. The plumber was efficient, friendly, and provided a suitable learning environment for the apprentice - replacing the pipes beneath the kitchen sink that had badly deteriorated. This was 'next-day' service, too - VERY much appreciated.

My mother used Crescent Park and Dean. She said he was the best person she has had to do any kind of work in her home. It was not a big job but his care and attention was amazing. She felt comfortable and well taken care of. Polite, friendly, and did a thorough job from start to finish.

Used Drain Pro Plumbing to inspect our sewer line which we thought was cracked. The inspection showed not only that it is indeed cracked but that it was also clogged 80 feet down the line. They unclogged the blockage, tested the line and will most likely be back to repair/replace the sewer line (once I get the estimate). They responded to our initial call promptly and sent their technician as soon as they could, preventing our small leak from becoming a bigger mess.I would recommend them for plumbing services.

We had a plugged sink drain which Drain Pro was able to unplug quickly. They were professional, courteous, arrived at the appointed time, cleaned up afterwards and provided advice on our situation. I would rehire them without hesitation.

The work described was the work done with very few surprises. It did take longer than expected but the major hold up was the Oak Bay City arborist and not DrainPro as his supervision substantially prolonged and delayed the excavation. We had the storm drain, water supply line and the sanitation line all replaced. The work itself I am very pleased with.

We had an emergency call for my 91 years old mother-in-law, I must admit they showed very quickly on Sunday, the guy was polite and nice, however they did not do anything the issue the suggested was in septic tank, and their diagnostic was wrong, so after 5 min he gave us a bill for $220 and that was after his senior discount! A complete rip off. We did not want a free visit but $220??!! Make sure you ask the cost before calling these guys.PS; the owner contacted us and promised to refund portion of the bill, they obviously lied. Nothing so far, no resolution reached!

I had their technicians come to fix a faulty pumping system in our toilet. They were on time and very professional and only took them 15 minutes to fix it. The charge was what I expected for the call, nothing more. That sure beats my experience with Super Plumber, who spent over 30 minutes “fixing” the same toilet less than 6 months ago and it was never really fixed and they charged me a crazy amount for their so called work. They then tried to hook me into a monthly club with fees in case we needed to call them again. If they did the job right in the first place, one would not need that!
