Thank you to the outstanding service provided by Jason their technician and thanks to Peter the GM that helped me with my 2 garage doors. After being scammed by Upper level Doors in Kingston, I was relived to finally get some professional advice and service!If you have an issue with your garage door you want to call these guys they know their business and they wont scam you like others in Kingston! Trust me, I should have called them first.Thanks a lot guys!

Customer service is about the worst I’ve ever had. I called to find out if the technician had even been here (he had just never notified me, and I was home) and KELLY decided she was going to flip out, call me a liar and yell. I had to hang up it was so bad. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.... I would pay TRIPLE the price to go elsewhere!!

Our cable on our garage door has fallen off twice. The frist time they came they patched it up and tried to sell us a new door. The second time they told my wife the wheel on top was broken and we needed a new door. It wasn’t - we didn't. We got someone else to put the cord back on and tighten it up so it is less likely to happen again. Scammers. Not recommended.

As a first-time owner of an electronic garage door opener I booked an appointment online instead of by phone when the remote did not work in spite of having spent 9 bucks on a new battery. Had I spoken with someone directly they might have suggested I check to see if the lock" button was engaged. Instead they sent out not one

It's terrible to find they charged me extra $80 above invoice. The worse is you cannot contact them by 5pm Tuesday already. I felt so regret that I used them and gave them my credit card information.

The spring in my door broken. I booked online at 11pm (great feature!), was able to select an appointment at 9am the next morning, and they showed up right on time. Very professional, knowledgeable and fixed everything quickly. Completely no hassle, I'm very happy with the service.

I am very happy with the whole experience with door doctor. A wire broke and the door wasn't able to close properly. They gave me a detailed quote over the phone, explained what to expect, were able to come in later that day and were very mindful of social distancing when here. Everything about the repair process was quick and easy.

I am a contractor that just visited with a lady that had used the door doctors service. She showed me how they charged her $85 for the work which was very minor then she shows me how they charged her master card $151.00. I have had them work for me with our garage doors but after seeing this I won’t be using them again. The mistake is totally do do with them over charging like crazy. I listened as she talked to the office manager and wow she was rue rue rue. People beware of this service.

I have had a few dealings with the Door Doctor and I have always had prompt service. They have always been able to diagnose the problem quickly and have it fixed quickly. The last time I used the service it was a really quick fix and the man did not even charge me. Best service in town!
