Let me say that I am not a machinist or mechanical engineer.I was trying to repair a piece of machinery and needed a machined bar about 48 long. I contacted Joseph and he was able to understand what I was looking for and offered up some cost effective options, savings me a lot of money for something that I really didn't need. He worked with me on details, and shipping and kept me apprised of progress. This made my repair go super easy.
