I never been to a Gong Cha location and I regret not having done so much sooner! You are greeted with the delicious aroma of milk tea and tapioca, which makes it impossible not to succumb to the wonders of their drinks. As a brown sugar lover I had to try both their Crème Brulee Brown Sugar Smoothie and Brown Sugar Oolong Milk Tea with 2J. My taste buds were blown away. The sweet and tasty tapioca perfectly complemented the milk tea . I couldn't find any faults with their drinks except for the fact I couldn't get enough of it. They allow you to customer the amount of sugar and ice in the drinks. This is a nice feature I hope all boba shops adopt. Whenever I see a Gong Cha, I will make it a point to order a drink or two!

We definitely Love Gong Cha bubble tea. It's our favorite bubble tea shop in the Square One area. The staff have always been friendly and helpful to us. If you are new to bubble tea, I recommend trying the Taro or the Mango Smoothie. 30% sugar is sweet enough. Tapioca pearls in the bottom are delicious. There are a lot more items on the menu worth trying. You might get hooked on it though like we are.

Me and my friend came by to get bubble tea. The staffs are friendly. The service was quick! It was a peaceful atmosphere as it was fast to order.She got wintermelon milk tea with grass jelly and I got strawberry oreo milk tea with lychee kanten jelly.We loved our boba! I'm surprised my drink's flavour was delicious. I didn't think the combo would be amazing.Definitely will be coming back here :)

Always get it for delivery but love to go in and pick it up as well. Nice clean location inside the building with plenty of seats. If your order is delayed for delivery, they remake the drinks so they are fresh.

I just left and I am so so disappointed with the experience at this GongCha store.The food was amazing, I love the waffle but look at the way they add my ice cream. $10 was not cheap for an ice cream!From the moment I had this in my hand, I was doubting about it. When I took a picture and compare to the other reviews, I have no doubt that mine was lack of ice cream. I really don't know what should I do then so I just accept it.My review just want you guys to check after you receive the order and don't be hesitate to ask the staff if you have the same experience like mine.

I just love this place. Lemon winter melon with basil seeds is an absolute winner. The taste is unique and soooo good. I get with less sugar at 70%, and it's sweet enough. I also enjoy the leach green tea with jelly sometimes. Must try!
