My iPhone had a cracked screen protector and I chose this place because of Google reviews. My entire visit took less then 10 minutes. The young man behind the counter removed the cracked protector, cleaned my phone and installed a new one. He was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Super affordable too. I highly recommend this place!

This store is hands down the best in service! Had a hard time with the customer service of one of the other Mobil Store in the area. I usually don't even do reviews but literally had my phone fixed in 4 days of calling to order the part for my phone. Would highly recommend and will be back if I need another repair!

Got my iPhone 13 Pro Max shattered screen replacement done here for 10% of the price I was quoted by Apple, though it's after market but it works perfectly fine and the quality is very good as well. The prices are too good compared to Apple. Their staff is very knowledgeable and upfront about everything, they don't hide things like many other cellphone repair stores do in Guelph and Kitchener area. Will recommend anyone who is looking for a screen replacement to try this place out. 10/10 from me for their amazing and quick service.

My iPhone wasn't charging due to what I suspected was a build up of dirt that I wasn't able to clean myself, so I took it into KW Cellular Store. They fixed it in less than 10 minutes, even cleaning and testing other parts of the phone which he didn't charge me for. Such a nice man with great customer service. Will continue to use them now for any future iPhone issues.

I was impressed with the professional friendly service. The work was well done and concern shown for my time constraint. I was willing to leave my phone for a few days because it was close to closing time but they got the job done quickly so I didn’t have to be without my phone on my upcoming trip the next day

What an incredible experience! Long story short, I had my iPhone 14Pro Max in my pocket with a pen, went to stand up and heard a loud pop sound....took my phone out of my pocket and realized the entire back glass had shattered, majority of the glass falling out around the camera...1st time for everything I guess. Took the phone to apple and was quoted $700.00 plus just for the glass and that was without the repair, which is just outrageous. Did some googling for local repair shops and found KW Cellular! Took the phone in for a quick look over and estimate on time for a repair. The gentleman who was assisting me was amazing. Great customer service skills, great knowledge on how they will repair the phone. Made sure I wanted the same type of back glass and sent in the order. Came back after the weekend and dropped the phone off for repair. Not even 2 days later, got the phone back with the back glass fully repaired for just over $200.00, fraction of the cost that I was going to pay going with Apple. The phone was placed in bubble wrapped and handed to me when I had arrived. Glass looks amazing, phone is back to the way it was prior to breaking! I will definitely be back for their amazing service and knowledge. Made my week, what a great company!Support LOCAL!

My friend's iPhone back was smashed! Suggested this shop as I've been before and had a good experience. We took her phone and left it at 4pm and phone was repaired by next day 2pm. Looks good, cleaned and back in excellent condition. The staff were transparent and helpful. Very satisfied, great customer service experience. Thank you. 5*

Amazing experience that I got here when my note 20 ultra broken screen needed a replacement. Within an hour, they got my phone fixed and completely diagnosed free from all issues, installing for me a nice new edge-to-edge screen protector. Everything was perfect, professionally done that so impressive and I'm so appreciated. Definitely recommending this shop to y'all got phone cracking or broken down anytime

Seeing a lot of 5 stars I was sceptical at the beginning. But having had my screen replaced for Google Pixel 6 from here I understand why. One of the best professional team I have ever seen. The experience was so smooth plus they have amazingly low prices compared to others. Got a really good offer and discount too. Please keep this standard up. Will definitely visit again.
