The team at 911 Restoration of Calgary is friendly, professional, quick to respond, and did a great job. After we reached out to them to inquire about a job, they came and did an inspection right away which was quick and efficient, and then came in the next day to fix the issue we had. The guy that came in also did an awesome job explaining exactly what the issue was, what he did to resolve it, and what we could do to maintain it. Highly recommend this company!

I am posting this review on behalf of my friend Bonnie:I have never written a review before but when you come across exceptional customer service, you want to make sure people know about it.Let me preface this review by telling you what brought me to 911 Restoration.I had discovered some black mold in the basement of my house as well as on the washroom wall behind the toilet.I had initially called another 5 Star review company whose advice to me was basically buy a disinfecting product, some protective gear and I could clean it myself.I sent them two followup messages telling them that I didn’t feel comfortable cleaning it myself and asked them if they could help me out. I never heard back from them.After waiting a couple of days for a response but not receiving one, I called 911 Restoration Calgary and spoke with Tanner. I explained my situation to him and he said he would be happy to come out and do an inspection. Once it was completed, he told me that it wasn’t really that bad. He gave me the option of walking me through how to clean it myself or if I preferred, he could make arrangements to have his team onsite to do it for me.Of course, I chose the latter. During his initial visit, he was extremely attentive and answered any questions that I had without making me feel like I was wasting his time. The next day he gave me a quote (which was way less than I was expecting) and said he would send out his crew. True to his word his team showed up, cleaned all the mold as well as my carpet and then returned the following day to do a walk through and make sure I was completely satisfied. This whole process took less than a week and the entire crew was absolutely amazing to deal with - from their professionalism to their impeccable customer service.As I’m sure you can tell from this review, I would not hesitate for one second to call upon this company again.So to Tanner and team, you have my deepest gratitude!!!

I'm really let down by 911 Restorations. I reached out to them after finding a leak in my house. They were quick to get there and did the first part of the job well. They ripped out the wet carpet padding and set up fans to dry everything out. So far, so good.But that's where the good stuff ends. They picked up the fans and promised me they'd send someone to fix my carpet. I waited patiently, even when no one called me back that day. I called them a few times, and all they kept saying was someone would reach out soon.They even had the nerve to say their carpet guy tried to call me many times and left messages. But that's just not true. I never got a call, and I asked them to show me some proof, but I got nothing. Additionally I had to take days off from work, when no one showed up.Finally, 7 days after the leak, someone said they would come by on Monday (another 3 days later) to fix the carpet. I'm really disappointed and feel like they just didn't care about coordinating with us or finishing the job. I can't recommend 911 Restorations. Their communication and customer service are just not good.

The Team at 911 Restoration were very quick to respond, especially when our sewer back up situation was on a weekend. Other suppliers were not available when called earlier.Tanner, Ray, Steve and Chris are obviously an experienced crew and were very knowledgeable about the possibility of mold being present. Fortunately, after testing, there was no problem.Their can-do positive attitude and energy was consistent throughout.
