I had a gas valve go out on my water heater. I walked in with the part I needed. Roy had a used one for me to use until the warranty valve came in. The used part worked and got me back up and running. That was the main goal and Roy gets it! He will do whatever it takes to get things up and running again for you. Great Guy and great team that make it happen!Much appreciated!

Our furnace quit working and we had no heat, they were quick to come out and solve the problem. The young man was very professional and very qualified to figure out our issue. Our exhaust was not getting good air intake and he had to get up on the tin roof and fix the chimney (in November) and also found a problem with the furnace itself that he was able to fix and we had heat once again. Every single person we dealt with were amazing with this company, I would highly recommend them.

Absolutely thumbs up to Roy and his tech Aldo. They delivered very professional service, were on time, helped us in a short pinch, the job was supposed to be a toilet repair and turned into more problems as the job started but Aldo made things go very smoothly from beginning to end. We had all old copper plumbing pipes removes in our house and all new ones with a re routed town water meter installed. Highly recommend for quality and craftsmanship. Was very satisfied with Aldo and his professionalism and hard work! Thank You! We will be using them for any futures repairs.

I called in the morning, and I did not know the make of the furnace. All I know is my furnace is old and making rattling sound and hardly any hot air is coming out.I needed service as well outside of regular hours, and I live outside of town. Roy came at the exact time I was gonna be home, checked the furnace and and had the part with him.Service is quick and very affordable.Thanks, Roy.

Roy was great at coming up with a plan that suited my family’s needs for replacing my leaking water heater by installing a larger tank with double the BTU’s and adding a glycol circulation system with a heat exchanger for the in-floor heating. If you need to replace your hot water tank(s) and have in-floor heating that circulates your household water through the floor, then just change it to a glycol system. The water that came out of the pipes when we flushed it was so disgusting that I am glad to have paid the little bit extra to install the glycol pumps and exchanger. The new system works great, the service was great, Roy has tons of knowledge and was very easy to deal with!

Roy and his team were able to fix my furnace issues over the phone, without the need for on-site service. The response from him and his technician was quick, which is greatly appreciated when you have no heat in the winter. This company did not waste my time or money. Roy'l Flush will be my first call for all my future plumbing and heating needs.

On Thursday evening before Remembrance Day (which is a stat in Alberta) my boiler goes down and I had pipes freeze. I called everyone within a 60 mile radius, Roy called me back within 5 minutes of my voicemail. Roy and he came out, fixed the problems and did not leave until we had the system up and running and checked for more leaks. He also brought anti-freeze to refill the system and protect it should something happen in the future. Roy was professional, personable and you can tell he genuinely cares. I was a stranger calling and he treated me like a customer that he has had for years. While I was not happy about the circumstances under which I met Roy, I am glad that I did meet him. If you have a plumbing problem, give him a call. I can recommend him with no reservations.
