Brampton Civic Care Centre
My experience at Brampton civic care centre has been amazing .. I love that the staff their knows my name as soon as I walk in the building. One particular staff stands out to me the most is Melissa .... She's very kind and always checking in on me to see if I was okay, or if I was doing my stretches at home. I really admired her professionalism towards all the patients . She deserves a promotion and a raise .

Went for physiotherapy after total knee surgeryMonica therapist was great afternoon team was sos and they spent more time chatting with each other and on cellular phone bare minimum attention to patientsSo disappointed cancel the therapy with still remaining sessionsNo comparison with Sherway trillium hospitalWish would have gone there

I came in for acupuncture and was pleasantly surprised by the service. I find in most clinics wait times can become unbearable and in most cases the staff can be very uptight and not friendly. I was so happy to have met Jerrika and hope to come visit this clinic again along with her. She had turned my day around and for that I am a happy customer! Way to go

Ilana is always so warm and welcoming. Shes organized, always has my file ready to go and has such a personality. Getting my Physio treatments is always so much fun because of her. Keep up the good work! Great place to be :)

I’ve been coming to Brampton Civic Care Centre for a few months now and have received nothing less than excellent service every time I’ve gone or have ever needed anything. The staff is phenomenal, beyond helpful, and friendly! Amongst the staff, I know I can always count in Ilana to keep me updated about any changes, to answer any questions I may have, and to be on the ball about retrieving answers for me that she may not have.Fantastic clinic and wonderful staff!

I normally do not write any reviews, however, I had to for the experience I had while at the civic care centre. It is one of the best clinics that I have ever been to! I highly recommend it. The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. I would like to thank Lena, the very kind and lovely massage therapist.

Just wanted to say thank you guys for your great service! I was struggling with my back for several months and no one in other clinics, but Dr. Roger found my dislocated rib and fixed it in minutes. He knows what he is doing and has hands of gold. Smiling and friendly atmosphere helps to feel myself special! Thanks to the office staff, especially Ilana for help while going through the process of registration and during my appointments. Very professional and organized. Highly recommend Brampton Civic Care Centre!

I've been going to this clinic for about a month now, the establishment is clean and well kept. They have a fantastic staff that provide amazing service one of the Physiotherapy assistance stand out to me the most is Melissa.. she s very friendly and always has a smile on her face. She's also extremely knowledgeable when it comes on to my treatment plan.

I always have a great time at Brampton Civic Care Centre. I feel listened to and valued as a customer. I want to specifically recommend Lena. She is very thorough, polite and treats her clients well! Great clinic with lots of talented massage therapists and physiotherapists (and many more!!) I would recommend this clinic to anyone! Great job!!!
