First West Place - Boardwalk REIT Head Office

Loved the ambiance but the bartender tried to push me to get a drink I didn't want and I took his advice and turned out to be a terrible drink. But this might an only time thing. I would go back because its a beautiful bar

I would like to give not even a 1 star rating if I could. With all the issues having at one building it seems can't post a review, on the actual site. They only like great reviews and will delete it. So many complaints and can not even deal with the issues properly. All the new people that live in the building, on site staff and have no idea what is going on. I Would suggest not to live in the boardwalk buildings , if office staff and all the workers not do there job the right way first time. Poor Customer service.

We talked with someone and they definitely got things done and my brother was happy. The only one thing and I don't think you can help this my self I'm looking for a apartment with you folks I have a daughter in a wheel chair looking for a three bedroom with my wife and brother in law. I just wanted to write to whomever it might concern about the incredible office manager Adrianna at Dorsett Square. I live at Dorsett Square have been having some serious health issues and Adrianna has gone above and beyond what might be expected of an apartment manager!! She has continued for months to assist me with special requests, provided information to the many questions I've had, offered many times to help me with personal issues and been there for me whenever I've needed her. She's done all this while being incredibly kind, caring, thoughtful, supportive and understanding. I've lived in many apartment complexes over the years and have never had a manager who cared so much about the residents in her building. She has made my time living here feel totally like a home, rather than just a rental suite. The managers I've had experience with always made you feel like you were an imposition when you needed to interact with them. Not Adrianna, she always makes you feel like you're important and always has time for you. She is indeed an incredible asset to the Boardwalk team and I felt like she needed to be recognized for all she does for the residents of her building. Unfortunately more than 6 month problem in my appartment but no consideration, I am really upset with this type of maintenance in Quebec. It doesn't seem professional and just wasting money. #pleasebeprofessional

In Vista Heights they bought out a well run apartment complex and turned them into tenements. If this type of irresponsible corporate governance suits your investment style, then buy their REIT. Then maybe you'll be lucky enough to have them turn a complex in your own community into a dive.

I provided a security deposit but my application was not approved. No one will let us know why our application was not approved but most concerning is that my deposit has not been returned and no one at OAKHILL ESTATES will respond to my emails. Now I do not have the funds to put towards a deposit for a potential rental.

They can't fix ANYTHING when they do make an attempt they make it wost, they love hiring people that have no idea what they are doing for what seams like all thier intire staff. Prison sofar is 10 stars compared to boardwalk.

Worst experience ever. They lure and trick you into lease agreements you never wanted, bombard you with hidden fees during and after your contract even. Reparations take years and buildings are often decades old and not looked after. Terrible and incapable customer support with no qualifications whatsoever. One star is already a way too high rating for these scammers
