If you want cockroaches and bed bugs then this is the place to be ! In top of this the place is Infested with rats and mice .Previous Manager Mircea always took care and building was never Infested, since these managers took over 3 years ago everything you want you can find here .

I’m living in this building for 4 years and the management are such a nice people.They maintaining the property clean.They try really hard to take care of the building, and they really nice to people, they not mean.

Tanja and Dejan are great resident managers. The building is super old and should be updated but other then that the only reason I continue to stay in this building is because of them! Tanja does her best to keep the building clean and Dejan is always really helpful with maintenance issues. There are many dirty people that live in this building though.

The management is professional and helpful.Tanja is cleaning always, Tanja is take care of the tenants.I hope every place have same landlord.Theyre the best with her husband.Highly recommend this place.So clean, and friendly.

I have been leaving in this building for almost 3 years and the management people wife and husband they are a very nice people,very understandable too.Their always are helping whenever you need them.The building is always clean ,when it snows she always is shaveling taking care of our safety.

I live here 8 years ago.The building is clean,the management is perfect. Tanja cleaning all the time,shes also vacuming every day,.Her husband,Dejan help with the gardening, his also really friendly and help with the cleaning too.Theyre not hesitate to help,when ever I had any problem,or just need to fix something. Im totally fine with them,I would say them make them job very good,professional ,correct.Also good neighbor's here ,they are kidfriendly,familyar people.I totally reccomend this place with a 5☆☆☆☆☆

Think before you rent this apartment, 50 years old building, no heaters in the lobby, carpets in lobby may be that old too, never been washed. apartment heaters and appliances are extremely old, overpriced rent, no security at all, free parking become $100 per sold which is free money for them. and lot of druggist and smoker, I have kids and did complaint many times but still peoples are smoking in the apartment and kids can't even breath a good quality air. garage door was open for a few days and my neighbor found a homeless in their car sleeping.live here at your own risk.pay for a parking but park at your own risk cos there is no security.Tanja building caretaker, she is really nice and so her husband, does her job at her best but the management company TRIBE MANAGEMENT IS WORST.

Some of the positive reviews are probably written by staff itself , who would give a positive reviews to a 50 years old building with small suites and overpriced ?

It's relatively cheap rent, but you also have to deal with mice, cockroaches, Kingsway traffic, and other things. Worth it if you can't afford better. Tanja is a great manager and so is her husband. There are a lot of warm people in this building. Treat each other with love. Be kind in the laundry room. Everyone is struggling.
