I love how my nails look, I got a mani and pedi combo. Pedicure was excellent. I was expecting more things to be done in manicure and not just the nails. Overall experience was great. I would definitely recommend their pedicure, it was the best. I guess have to keep in finding a place who does proper manicure with massage and everything.

Went here for a treat to myself for my birthday. Ana did my nails and Amanda did my friend's. It was so relaxing and they did an amazing job. We will definitely be back. I got the cat eye effect done with mine. The hot stone massage felt amazing. The watermelon bath bomb smells amazing! I look forward to my next visit.

Booking is a hassle, my friend called and tried to book. They said they they would try to see if there was room and call her right back. They did not call and I reached out and found that we were on a waiting list. Instead of waiting for a possible appointment we booked for a different day and time. The communication for booking an appointment was very upsetting.When we got there we asked if 2 of us would be able to get pedicures. The receptionist was actually quite rude stating to the lady who was doing my nails that we are only booked for manicures. I assumed she went to see if there was any availability but over 20 minutes when by and still no answer. Another lady went over and asked her, don’t know what she said but still no answer if we could get pedicures (yet at this point it was only us 3 in there). So finally after I finished my shellac manicure the lady working on my nails went up to the receptionist and immediately got me started on a pedicure immediately. The receptionist was quite rude during all the interactions we had with her.Would be giving 5 stars if the quality of customer service was better. Other than the receptionist all the other staff was wonderful and did amazing on all of our nails!

Always so happy with the service. I find the prices to be even if not less than other places, and the gel nails/acrylics last way longer. I’ve gone for both manicures and pedicures, and the girls are always so nice to work with.The locations have such a luxurious interior. It takes self care/spa day to a new level when compared to your average mail salon.

First time customer and overall a good experience. Love the selection of bath bombs to choose from. My friend had to wait a considerable time even though the appt time was made for two people. Pedicure was great, both techs did a great job. (Jing, and I want to say her name was Vicky but apologies if I haven’t remembered that correctly). What was unfortunate is that they strangely do not have tip function when you pay, and when I asked how to add the tip I was told I would have to use the ATM in the store. I expressed I found it an unfair expectation to pay cost of a non-bank fee. So I paid the tip based on what I had in cash in my wallet which was not as much as I would have on the tip function. Leaving that detail on this review as a heads up to other new customers.

This was our first time as a group of three at LUXE.The atmosphere was very professional and welcoming from the moment we walked in until we left. The location makes the salon very bright and open. I was offered a free drink of water, tea, or coffee - a very delicious vanilla hazelnut flavour.Vicky was very gentle and thorough with my mani+pedi combo for regular polish. She asked multiple times to check if my nail shape and polish colours were what I wanted. She was extremely patient with my decisions and changes the entire time. I would definitely return here as I know the service will be top notch!

I brought my 4 year old for a first time manicure for her birthday. Jing took care of her and made sure her first experience is fun and comfortable. She was very friendly and patient with my little one. We had a great mommy and daughter time, can't wait for next time.
