Great restaurant on Rue St-Jean, at the heart of Quebec City. The woman working there was friendly, fast, and fluent in English. Another plus point is that there are plenty of vegetarian options - four of the ten galettes (pita wrap) are vegetarian. We ordered the falafel and pesto cheese galettes, which were incredibly flavorful and wholesome. They were so good we came back the next day!

The restaurant is closed. Not sure if permanently or temporary closure but today is a busy Saturday so probably a permanent closure.Addendum:Sorry to the owner for the 1 star. I revised it to 4 stars. Took one off for your sarcasm. I didn't know there was a fire. Sign was in French. I obviously don't know French.

I visited the La Galette Libanaise - ST-Jean and had a fantastic experience! Really delicious Shawrmas . Our waitress was amazing as well, great service and reasonable prices! The restaurant was clean and inviting. The service was friendly and attentive. The menu had a good selection of food to choose from. The Shawrma I ordered was very delicious and. everything were delicious and the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend the Galette Libanaise - ST-Jean Restaurant to anyone looking for a great dinner!

Food was great, BUT the woman at the cash gave me a dirty look after I didn't leave a tip (it's a take out counter) and then she didn't add the extra cheese that I paid for to my pita. I hate how tipping culture is out of control and this is the first time where I've actually had an employee take revenge on me for not tipping.

Great little place to grab a galette (folded crispy flat bread sandwich) with choice of fresh toppings. Beef and cheese was our favorite. Friendly staff. Only 1 table seating indoors and a handful outside. Great for takeout.

I went in looking at all the positive reviews and had a very big expectations on the taste but it was good but not great . Try it out and it will not disappointed but not amazed . Overall good experience.
