I have call them over the phone to ask price for a table and they have responded in a very harsh way and disconnected the call. Very Poor Customer Service.

Drove up from Leduc to arrive Hussco at10:00 am (they supposedly open at 7:00 am). The door was locked and there was no answer when I attempted to call. Oh well. Taking my business elsewhere.

Yes its a huge selection of used stuff but most of the equipment are very old and worn out. You dont purchase new and go there keeping in mind that you will be saving some bucks but let me tell you that you get used stuff at very high prices in this store. If something is for $100 in restaurant equipment store with return policy/ Warranty that item will be charged $90 with no guaranty. You save only 10% and risk taking way long used items.

A wonderful company with amazing customer service and support!! Highly recommend! We purchased and had this beautiful cooler delivered - it was making a noise once we plugged it in. We let them know and a tech was sent within an hour and quickly resolved the issue.

He has lots of old machines imported from all around. He temporarily fixes it put on the store and scam people with his words. We brought dough mixer and Donair machine from him. Both of them were no quality at all. We lost of $$ on that…his price is very high and never ever buy anything from this guy…
