FIX AUTO ABBOTSFORD WEST

My bumper was hit and was popped out and needing new paint. The estimate was done and the work completed (actually slightly cheaper then the estimate). Unfortunately the work showed this. The bumper is still popped out and the paint doesn’t completely match my vehicle (the paint is soemthing I can look past). I brought my vehicle in and they tried to bend the bumper back however it still doesn’t not sit properly. I reached out to them again and now they realzied they should have replaced the bumper originally (which would have been fine in the original estimate) and they want me to pay for this mistake. Despite their policy standing behind the work they do and customer satisfaction. This is a mistake the shop has made and had they performed the estimate or work during the job properly this would not have been an issue. Very disappointed in this and now my vehicle is not fixed thanks to them.The ladies up front are very helpful and lovely to talk to.

Danny and the team are amazing. I havr a small fix that needed to be done and Danny did the quick estimate and was able to get me in within a few days. It was estimated to be done with 2 days and it sure was. I have 2 kids and when I dropped off my car theres was crumbs and snacks on the seats and carpet. I was so surprised and thankful that my car was washed, vacuumed, wiped down. My daughters carseat was also cleaned out. Thank you Danny and the team for the quick and awesome fix and the clean car!!

My wife had a accident with our truck, i seen the reviews online to Fix Auto and i gave them a call. From the second that i called they were dialed in. I literally had everything handled from Danny Hein (general manager) and took care of everything. This process was easy and their staff are all a pleasure to deal with. New driver door and front fender fixed w/ matching paint job. Plus detailed the truck. Overall is a good service. They just failed to paint my front rims and install my tire pressure sensors. So drove out of there with 2 silver 2 black rims. ( got it done somewhere else) I would still recommend this garage.

The customer service here is AMAZING! Shoutout to Tabi for keeping me posted through the whole process, She is awesome! They were extremely transparent and did an amazing job fixing my car. Would totally recommend FIX Auto West.

My husband had our 2019 F-150 repaired here last week. Tell you what, they not only did a seamless job (rear bumper replaced), but they returned the truck after detailing the interior as well.5 stars, would definitely recommend.

This company repaired damage to my car's rear fender and they did a beautiful job! So good in fact I almost wonder if another slight altercation on the front fender would not be a bad thing given its current array of scratches....Wasseem was my contact and is a super fellow!
