Hats off to Martha Purdy and her team on a seamless reopening Friday June 5th at Synergy Physio Pilates.I was fortunate enough to have a Physio appointment to follow up on the start I had with Martha virtually for an injury that occurred just pre Covid.I was a little nervous as I arrived but Martha put me completely at ease,first by sending out emails earlier in the week on what to expect and then in person, walking me verbally through the process to prevent possible contamination(from washing of hands pre and post treatment to where to put my bag down and physical distancing in the waiting room). Continually checking to make sure I was comfortable with each step.Every detail was carefully considered and I felt both professionally and emotionally cared for, progressing me further toward full recovery.Thank you Martha!

Jenna's pelvic floor physio rehab changed my life.My low back (SIJ) started hurting in October 2021 and I tried everything (physio, massage, exercise, etc). And nothing was helping. In oct 2022 I started seeing Jenna and after 6 months and lots of work, I am pain free.Jenna was amazingly supportive, helpful, knowledgeable, and she is the reason I live pain free now.She helped me so much, she was so encouraging and helped guide me through all the scary parts of chronic pain. She helped me through the exercises, which seemed so easy and so hard at the same time.I never thought I would have a pain free day again and now I feel better than I ever have :) Thank you Jenna, you are amazing

Highly recommend synergy for physio and pilates. I worked with Francesca and she was phenomenal. She really took her time to ensure I was doing the exercises properly and that I knew what muscles to engage. She very thorough, and works with you to work towards your goals. I saw improvement within the first week putting to practice the at home work outs she started me on. I haven't had lower back pain since I started seeing her, and my posture has improved as well!

Got in on a cancellation the day after I had done something to my back at the gym. I was pleased that the office was able to accommodate me so quickly for this appointment! Jenna is very knowledgeable and professional but personable at the same time. The office has excellent covid protocols and makes the screening process very easy (all done online). I highly recommend Jenna for pelvic floor and general physiotherapy.
