Diamond and Diamond lawyers were recommended to me by my realtor. They handled the closing legalities on the sale of my house. I have had experience previously on a number of occasions working with law firms. They did an excellent job for me and the paralegal was a great communicator and the final legal bill was within the parameters that I expected it to be. From my experience dealing with this law firm during the last month I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others looking for straight forward and reasonably priced legal support. This is my second real estate transaction with MacKay Law/Diamond & Diamond NW Calgary office. Our first transaction was the purchase of a home in Calgary from Ontario. The signing was done over zoom and was easy and uneventful. Our second transaction was the sale of our home in Calgary. The signing was done in person at the NW Calgary office. This was also easy. They send emails with each step of the buying and selling process so you cannot forget to do something. Their prices are also reasonable. I recommend them for real estate law services.

Had a great experience signing all the documents for my first home with Ty. He is extremely knowledgeable and explained the paperwork well. He also made signing paperwork as fun as it could be. Casandra did a great job at informing me of the paperwork I needed to complete before signing and communicated well. Their legal fees are also quite reasonable. Would 10/10 recommend. Thank you.
