Solar Roofing

If I could put zero stars I would. They did some work on the building I work in and didn't finish. they also didn't cover the roof with the a tarp and it rained, and now the whole building has leaks...

Good day,As the business owner and operator, I would like to speak out to Kaylea and Eric.Kaylea, i am aware that we did have a roof leak in the month of June at the Alpine center located on kal lake Rd. It was a very disappointing thing to happen to not only you as a worker in the building but the other business owners aswell as ourselves. We never do leave anything un-covered as you would say but i can appreciate your frustration in the matter as no one wants to ever have that happen to them.. Im glad we were able to work through it and fix any ceiling tiles that were ruined due to the water entry on the perimeter edge of the building. We also apologize that this has pushed you to a point to give us such a low rating and review, as we were there hand in hand to alleviate the situation the moment we got the call for the roof leak.If your still left unsatisfied i am very sorry im unable to change that view.Cheers.Eric, I am sorry if you feel that our services provided to you were insufficient, as we came to your residence out of town for a repair on a chimney that we had not done previous work on. After Our first repair you stated that it did not fully fix the situation so we sent out another worker free of charge to alleviate the situation. Months later you requested we came back again, we provided our opinion on the chimney issue and i thought that was the end of it. My apologies if it was not dealt with accordingly as we strive to provide a quality job from our office to on site.I wish we could have a better understanding as to what we could do or could have done to make you change your mind on your previously poor review.Cheers.
