Just booked our first major trip in 2 years. I worked with Laura through the bookings and she was excellent. Having dealt with A Nash Travel for many years in my former profession, it was a relief to see that while many things have changed during these times, the professionalism and expertise of Laura and her company have remained a constant. I cannot recommend A Nash travel higher than 5 stars and that is a pity.My family has been dealing with Laura Adams and her staff for over 20 years. They have outstanding knowledge of all phases of travel. Called for a quote the person who answered told me they didnt have time lol wtg on loosing great business as i travel quite frequently and wud be booking many trips... i would rate it a 0 if possible!!!

There isn't enough space here for me to sing the praises for A. Nash Travel. Their staff (especially Laura Adams) are unfailingly superb and attentive, always alert in obtaining the best possible travel itinerary, whether it be for business or for pleasure. My family and I have been using A Nash Travel for some 15 years for both our business and personal travel. Laura Adams and her team are highly organised and proficient in all aspects of our travel needs; arranging flights, securing accommodation and transportation and advising on destinations, restaurants and things to do while travelling. They have extensive first-hand experience with all the popular destinations as well as the obscure and remote, providing phenomenal recommendations for inspired travel. Their attention to detail is surpassed only by their drive to surpass our expectations. I have and I will continue to recommend them to friends, family and business associates.

Dealing with Nash to plan a trip to Cuba was a nightmare. Slow response times, conflicting stories from one email to the next and poor, unhelpful customer service.They also claim to offer better prices than you can book on your own, but if you do your homework you will find that not to be true. You can find the same rates if not better directly from the hotel websites with more liberal cancellation policies than Nash will bound you to.If you check other travel sites or do a simple Google search, you will find plenty of people who have had similarly poor experiences with A Nash Travel. I wish I had vetted them better prior to trusting them with my trip.

I have been working with Laura A (and A Nash Travel) for over ten years and when I do book with then, I always know I'm in the best of hands! I never worry about any trips as they are on top of what is going on in the travel industry (i.e. delayed flights, changed flights, weather, etc.). A Nash takes the time to explain travel details, provide travelling advice, and experiences. They are extremely detail oriented and very efficient!! I would recommend using them to anyone! Especially Laura!!
