Dream Cyclery is a top-notch bike shop with a fantastic selection of bikes and gear. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and they take the time to understand your needs and preferences. Their customer service is excellent and they go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who loves cycling.

Ever since moving to the east end, I've been trying to find a great shop and I was recommended from a best friend to see their new shop! I brought my Specialized Tarmac to get a tune up and see if there were any other issues. Tim and his staff's customer service was unreal. I really appreciate the details that they asked about my bike and not just rushing me out with other experiences in other stores. The turn around time for tuning my bike was super reasonable (3 days) and price point was great. With a pro mechanic in the back who you will feel confident about with your bike!I highly recommend checking them out!

I came here for 2 bolts for my bikes seat. They were super professional. Specially Rodney helped me a lot. He was super friendly, nice and he put it on very fast. My overall experience is so good.

New store, I was advised that it opened in the past few months. There was 3 staff on the floor the 2 guys we're attentive. Some really high end bikes are on the floor one really nice yellow Yuba cargo bike caught my eye. Lots of accessories available, bells, lights, locks, helmets. Clearly a small high end shop like this expect to pay a premium, one of the Co-owners was in the bike adjusting bikes and the guy assisting me was looking for direction from him. The good thing about hiring these inexperienced staff is you're not dealing with the typical 'bike shop attitude', if you even been to a handful of bike shops in Toronto you know what I am talking about. I would recommend here or Sporting Life for your cyclist needs.

I’ve brought both my road bikes here (Canyon Ultimate and Cannondale SuperSix) when Ive run into issues. The staff were absolutely lovely and helpful in explaining the problem and resolution. Canyon owners - they will service your bike! =)

I have purchased a new bike from Dream Cyclery couple months back and the process of buying the bike was amazing. Tim always takes care of me whenever I go there. Updates me on new gear, teaches me something new and the pricing is very fair.

So far so good. Came in shopping for new gravel/MTB shoes. They had lots of inventory, even with my very specific spec and sizing requirements.Lots of different bike brands,accessories and other gear. Pretty much anything you need on two wheels is here.The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing that would have improved the experience was if they measured my foot and took the extra care to help make sure I'm getting the perfect fit.

Incredible experience — such friendly and knowledgeable staff who took the time to understand what I was looking for and make recommendations to get my bike setup and back on the road. So glad to have walked into their store and would recommend them to anyone!
