Price is good. Many options available. Shopping atmosphere is good. Shopping floor sometimes is dirty, which needs to be improved. Check out speed is ok. Employees are basically nice and friendly. Food court and washrooms are available in short walking distance.

Overall it is what you would expect from H&M. The fitting room associate didn’t know what she was doing and just waved us to off to go to any room. When we came back, she asked us to hang the clothing even though 2 of them didn’t have a hanger and we couldn’t get it on the pants properly. We told her we were having trouble hanging the skirt and she just pointed to the hanger and said ‘hung it’. The other stalls had clothes on the floor and all over the place. She didn’t tell other customers to hang the clothes either as she was focused on getting us to do it.

I wouldn’t have this store even one star but I can’t go lower I don’t recommend this store at all. Never come to this H&M store they put lower price on the things and when you go to checkout the price is higher, everywhere the price is just selected items It’s waste of time and the staff is very rude.

This is first time ever I got this worst experience ever at H&M store Tsawassen.I bought some clothes for my daughters on November 18 and when I came home saw the clothes I bought for my little daughter were suppose to get buy 2 and get 3rd free. I paid for two and never got third one.Anyways I thought I will go back and get the third one and kept the clothes as it is in the bag. I went back to the store on November 22 again. I met one of the coworkers explained the situation and she says no problem at all and was willing to help me but she says I need to call the manager. Manager ( Ming)came and very rudely said , go and pickup the third one and we will see what we have to do. I replied and okay ( while I was going to buy more clothes)I picked up the third item and more clothes . I went back to the till and manager Ming came back to help the cashier.Manager MING very bluntly and rudely said this is only time I m going to do , next time we will not do it. ( even though that deal is up all the times ). She says we will not do it again. She spoke the way that I have done something wrong.First of all what did I do wrong ??? I went back after 3 days of purchase with brand new tagged clothes with receipt to get the third item which says on the tag ( BUY TWO Get THIRD FREE). It was easy to process for them to return and buy again with third item.Why she attacked me and gave that horrible look and worst customer service . Which made me really sad and unhappy about the situation where I was not even a 1% wrong.I asked the manger to give her name and she says she won’t give me her name and I can complain and explain her appearance. ( I wonder H&M don’t want to give their employee names ?) I managed somehow to get her name.If store manger is dealing with customers like this them what we will expect from other coworkers. I amworking with one company more than 16 years and I know what customer service should be. I can’t imagine H&M employee can do this to their customers.I will definitely hesitate to go back.H&M : if you guys need I can provide you pictures of receipts and clothes.

Selection is very good here and the prices are also very reasonable. You can take the clothes home and try them. If you don't like the clothes then, you can return them within 1 month period. Returns are accepted with original receipt, given that you don't remove the tags and wear the clothes other than trying them.

Disappointed at whoever was telling off lady in front fitting room. I was inside fitting room. Someone told the lady in front to pickup the clothing in floor as it’s not acceptable. Definitely not a leader but a boss. Where’s the teamwork? Why doesn’t he pick it up? I work in customer service and I hear a lot of boss telling the rest of employees in front of customers. It’s not a good customer service experience knowing I work in same field.

It's my daughter's favorite store. I usually don't find anything useful for me but for my daughter, I always end up buying something for her. The store has an awesome location with an entrance to the mall and located right at the corner. The staff is super useful and friendly. The location has both men and women stuff.

Employee cashier doesn’t know how to scan a gift card. Told me it was empty but when I went home and put the gift card numbers on the H&M website there was $150 on it.. imagine if I believed her and told her to throw it away

Some deals to be have. Checkout line is way too long. 30+ min checkout is a huge turnoff. With service like this, people wonder why physical stores are going away.
