Super friendly staff all around! Eye exam went very well and I was given an honest answer at the end that if my glasses were suiting me great, I could wait, but they gave me an updated prescription anyway, just in case. I got to see Dr. White, but based on the friendliness of other people who talked to me, I would guess they all have a similar vibe. Lovely people, would definitely recommend for people to come visit here!

I was just here today. I was taking my children in for an appointment. It felt rushed. Which usually never happens. After my children were done I was leaving and asked if I had to pay, the receptionist was very rude in saying no. As someone who is going through for office administration executive, you represent a company. You should have better social skills and manners, especially when the patient sees you first and last. I don’t know if I’ll be back. I have never received service like this until now. Very disappointed.

Westmount Optomitrists have always been very helpful, and ready to advise in helping my husband make a decision with regard to his new glasses. Dr. Willbee took the time to ensure that he was happy withthe result of the eye test and getting the correct prescription. He is a great doctor and tells you what he is doing and why.We always have a good experience with Westmount Optomitrists. Dr, Tim Wilbee is very patient, very thorough and explains everything as he goes along. Everyone we come into contact with at Westmount Optomitrists are very personable, friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend them.

Every time I have attended an appointment, I have had excellent service. The staff have always been courteous and friendly.

Dr Wilbee and the team at Westmount are very pleasant and professional! If you are not using Westmount Optometrists for your eye care, you need to start! After my recent exam Dr. Wilbee pointed out my prescription has changed and I would need to get new glasses. He took the time to help select a new set that best fit me. The frames are called Salt, most comfortable glasses I have worn in years!

First appointment went well, however, when my prescription was filled, I wasn't able to see properly. Called and made an appointment for the technician to check my glasses and was told that I would see Dr. White afterwards. When I got there, my glasses were checked but was told that Dr. White wasn't available and I would have to book another appointment. Today (3 weeks later) I went back for my 8am recheck but there was a traffic jam so I called the office, as a courtesy, to let them know I would be late. Since I estimated I would be about 15-20 minutes late, they told me that Dr. White was fully booked, with back to back appointments, all day and I would have to rebook. I got up at 6am and drove from St. Thomas to London for this appointment. It's not my fault there were construction delays. A bit of compassion would have been nice. I am not impressed and won't be going back!!
