Steve not only gave me a prompt appointment, but also showed up right on time and did the work so flawlessly. The end result of my tv/entertainment system was one that my family/guests truly enjoyed. Not a single cable in sight and relocated my cable box down to the basement, hooked up an IR to my TV and ran all cabling thru the walls. End result was just my flat screen over the mantle and my soundbar. everything else hidden but worked to perfection! would definitely not hesitate to call Steve again for any future Av installations. After purchasing a new television, we reached out to TEKPro AV to have it mounted on the wall in our family room. In addition, we wanted to have the existing one moved to another room and mounted. Steve was professional, prompt, and very knowledgeable and we would not hesitate to utilize this service for our A/V needs in the future. The cost was also very reasonable. Highly recommended!

I had bought a pull down TV mount without knowing my fireplace wall could not support the weight. Having a fixed mount high up over the fireplace was not something that I was looking forward to. Steve advised me that the wall would need to be reinforced to support the weight of the TV and the mount and the fact the TV would be frequently pulled up and down. After I asked him he recommended a contractor (Ron) he knew to have the fireplace wall reinforced from inside. Ron completed the work reinforcing the studs, plastering and painting the dry wall with attention to detail. And while he was at it he also changed some light fixtures for me and offered some tremendous useful advise on other items on my to-do list.Further Steve, while installing the mount, MacGyvered the speaker mount I had to the TV mount. There was no straight forward way to attach it. But he came up with a professional and neat solution. After having used the TV mount daily for the last few days I am very pleased with the end result. All the wires are hidden inside the wall and everything looks neat and tidy. I contacted Steve after reading other reviews here about his work. And after seeing his work I agree that he his extremely meticulous and very professional about how he does his work. I highly recommend him.

Steve gave me an appointment within a few days of my call. He showed up at a specific time (none of that window time frame where you have to take a whole day off). Steve, is actually so meticulous and yet so efficient, he did an install of a 55`` 4K TV over our fireplace, you can't see any wires, the job was excellent. His prices are very competitive and yet, he took the time to show me how to operate the whole system.I strongly recommend him.
