Poor customer service ,3 guys working on the Oct 2 afternoon have a careless attitude for the customers. no one greets you at the store or listen to your concerns properly , wasted my 40mins

Didn’t even greet me, waited and they were too busy on their cell phones. This is not a store owned by bell....Update: thanks for the reply but don’t reply for like a robot. If you’re an employee or an owner, say that and state that you’re going to work on providing better customer service. Don’t hide behind “bell customer experience team“ BS.

They're open till 9pm but as soon as you walk in there 8-830pm they make up excuses not to be able to get you a new phone set up. Excuses I've never even heard before and I have replaced my phone countless times at different locations. The first time I did receive my phone but they made it very difficult. The second time two of them made up a complete bs excuse. I even called bell customer service myself and asked another bell location if qhat they said was correct and it wasnt. Super rude. Do not go to this location they dont give a sh*t. Dont open your doors till 9pm if your not gonna help customers with a good attitude.
