Went here for lunch on Canada Day. We were there after the main lunch hour and found the place to be busy but we didn't have to wait. The only table available had just been vacated and the staff cleaned and wiped it off immediately. I ordered the fish and chips and my wife ordered the Penny burger which is a bacon cheeseburger. Both meals had very good portions. I enjoyed the fish but had to ask for additional tartar which the server brought out very quickly. The fries are excellent. I always use McDonald's Fries as the bench mark and these are better! The fish seemed to be a beer battered haddock. I do NOT normally like beer battered as for me it's usually greasy and tends to be a thicker coating. This was neither and very good. I enjoyed the fish a lot! The only fault I found was the serving size of the slaw. It was in a tub the same size as the tartar. I really enjoyed the slaw and it's unique color. I was left wanting more. The sample of slaw wasn't enough for me especially given how good it is! Otherwise this was a great experience. Now get in there and find the Lost Penny, you won't be disappointed.

Friendly and quick service. Local beer on tap with a limited menu. Fish Tacos were very good. Home made French fries would be great instead of the typical frozen.

One of a small handful of restaurants and bars in Westport. About the only option for dining the night I arrived.Average selection of beer. The pub grub was okay, but I did only have the one item. Had to ask the server to wipe off the table. Noticed all of the tables needed cleaning actually. Floor too. Friendly attentive service.Live music was a bonus on that Friday night.I'll bet there are better places in this town, but some book up fast and others close early.

The staff are amazing . My girlfriend and I go quite frequently and we always order the Fish & Chips with a side of gravy. Best fish I've hadbut the need to serve it on a bigger platter or plate like they had previously. b

Great service and staff were friendly. Live music was great. We had the chicken wings, good flavors some were a bit grisly but all in all a fun local pub in westport.

The service was wonderful and kind, the ambiance was very relaxing and the food was excellent! We went on Tuesday which unknowingly was toonie tacos Tuesday! It’s hard to find a better deal and the quality was so good. I know I will be back here often!

I recently went there with my wife and 14 year old daughter while visiting Westport. The food was great, and the friendly young waitress was very patient and accommodating and did everything she could to accommodate my daughter's food allergies. Amazing overall experience:)

We're on holiday from the UK visiting family and we came in here for lunch. The lady serving at the bar and at table was so friendly and attentive, she's a real asset to the business. We ordered a number of items and they were all really good. Best fries I've ever had. We're not used to this level of service in the UK with coffee top ups. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff and a selection of beers. We ordered a smoked meat sandwich, was tasty but it was a bit small. Horseradish sauce was very good. Sweet potato fries were good and generous portion. We had take away and they gave one ketchup and no napkins.
