Towne & Country Motel Windsor

Absolutely terrible, avoid this place like the plague. First off the beds are terrible, it's like sleeping on concrete and you can feel every single spring. On top of that the shower took at least 10 mins to get hot and then would go cold again. They never bothered to change the towels, my coworker had to ask them to bring us new ones every day. The cleaning staff will touch and move your things, they went through a female coworker's underwear. Last but certainly not least I came back and noticed I was covered in what look like BED BUG BITES!This place is a dump and your money is much better spent at the hotel next door.

It was the worst place to stay and definitely not a place I will stay ever again. I could not take my shoes off cause the room was dirty. You only got 1 small pillow. The bathroom was dirty. The toilet was dirty and the bathtub I would never take a bath in. When you walk in the room there a horrid smell that made me almost puke. Also noticed ther was no battery in the smoke detector. I would never recommend this place to anybody.

I wouldn't even give this 1 star, but I had to give at least 1. The room was clean. But there was tears and cigarette burns in the blankets. It was either to hot or too cold I the room. The tv only had basic cable and the box literally hung from the tv hitting the wall. There was exposed wires sticking out of an electrical socket.no towels or face clothes were provided, so we couldn't shower. There was garbage strewn about the entire property. And finally we had a group of 6 ppl both male and female knock on our door at 6:30 am. And we answered thinking there may be a fire or something. But they asked if we could sell them any opiates or if we wanted to make a deal for ice" so obviously there is no security. On property

Definately a great place to stay for the price. Rooms are nice. Owners are friendly if u need anything day or night Rusty will do whatever he can to ensure uur stay is pleasant!!!

Really I'd like to give it .5 star, but that's not an option. It was 'ok', but not so okay I'd ever want to go back if I had a choice. We stayed there last night and it was only because every place else was booked due to a hockey game. What was there seemed clean (outside of the tub), but run down and falling apart.The people were ok, but not overly friendly (just somewhat polite enough to get by, in fact) and the room and connecting restaurant had a host of problems between the two.First thing off we open the door to an open heating register with no cover and sides pulling out. Didn't seem to safe, but it 'worked'.(thank goodness)Then we pull the curtains closed to notice it is riddled with small holes at common wear places.Next off we notice there are NO CARPET and the Bed is on Wheels on a WOOD FLOOR. Just sitting on it, the mattress sunk and the whole bed rolled. All night long, ever toss n turn resulted in the bed rolling and pillows near falling off to the floor. Also, When getting up from sleeping, there were little sponge pieces all over. Not sure if from the pillows of the worn out mattress, but wasn't fun to wake up to.Want to watch tv? Good luck. No remote. Asked for one from front desk..received 2, but neither one worked to shut it off.(at least one of them would change the channels) ok, ok..I know it's lazy, but when I'm in a hotel I'm paying for the privilege of being lazy and want to crash out on the bed watching tv until I'm tired and turn it off without having to get up and wake myself back up to turn it off again!Then we wanted to get a shower. No bath mat. Talk about dangerous and slippery when no carpets are anywhere. The tub? Bottom is riddled with circular stains that apparently they never bothered to try to get up after whatever circle pattern anti slips used to be there rubbed off. So..again. Slippery tub, stepping out onto slipper floor. They are just ASKIng for lawsuits.The connecting Restaurant, Oceans? Overpriced, slow service and the only restroom is connected with the Hotels Registration. When we got there the hotel recommended for breakfast of course 'their restaurant'..they called it 'THEIR' restaurant. When we go to it and then need a restroom and notice the restroom has no toilet paper and try to inform the hotel front desk it has none, they claim it's not their responsibility, it belongs to the RESTAURANT. It's not even close to the restaurant. It's further left of the hotel desk check in area. I don't care who is supposed to stock it..he could have then let the restaurant staff know. LAZY worker and unhelpful.That was the last straw. Would never stay there again. I'll drive all they way home back to the USA first. Not sure how they got anything higher than 2 stars from anyone, unless the owners made fake accounts and wrote their own glowing reviews for themselves.

We only visited the restaurant at this location. The motel seems to be getting renovations done to it. The food was delicious. Prices are reasonable and portions are large. Would definitely recommend this place. Central Dinner is the name of the place.

They where nice. The first room was clean the first time I went the second time the room looked clean but the burn holes in the blanket and matress, was very disturbing and a big turn off. You get what you pay for though.

Dirty. Sheets weren't washed, shower knob was broken, no soap provided (just empty wrappers from previous soap), everything was dusty, coffee stains on furniture, and the smell was horrid. Do not recommend.

Not a good place first lets start with internet, it does not work you have to walk to Timmy's for internet, some stuff are very rude they can not control their anger. recently I went Windsor drove all night and got there in morning, booked a room the guy told me to come back after 3 hours because of cleaning when I came back they asked to wait another 2 hours on top of that attitude like seriously there was one guy nice enough to give my money back or else I was going to lose it.............

I will definitely have to sue this hotel for a bacteria that I caught on my arm and it has not gone away until this time.
