We built our house in 2000 and our master bathroom has travertine marble throughout. I sent John an email requesting a quote for his services. The reply was prompt and an appointment was made for me.John came to the house on time and we went up to the bathroom. Within 5 minutes John gave me a quote and suggested I get another quote to compare prices. I knew on the spot that he was my guy and another quote was not necessary. We agreed to work together with a handshake.2 days later, John showed up, on time, took his boots off outside the house, laid down runners to the bathroom and got to work. It took him 1 1/2 days to do the job and when he was finished, I walked into the bathroom and was amazed to find that my bathroom was restored to practically new.It’s amazing how over time, your bathroom can age without you even realizing it. If you are interested in restoring your bathroom, you don’t need to call anyone else but John!

I used John to restore my travertine floors, my floors were dull to begin with, especially heavy traffic area was not blending well with the rest of floor. John and son were at my house this afternoon and I am so pleased that I found him . They arrived on time and got right to work and cleaned, restored and polished my 1954 Slate floor entryway. I am so happy and I will have him back to do my bathroom countertop and my kitchen counters. Also, my pavers on the front porch which are in need of a lot of help. John came to give us an estimate on grout work for our bathrooms. He was very honest and straightforward about the fact that our job was so small and something we could handle ourselves with use of the proper products. He explained the products we should use and the process to use, then sent us links for the exact products. He would not accept any payment for his time. I would definitely use him should I have a future project.

John has excellent communication skills. He answered all my questions. He did a beautiful job on my bathroom and showed me showed by step. When he was done he made sure everything was up to par.
