Went into store - person working there did not know what Alcantara was.She was nice - so two stars for being nice - but minus 3 stars for not knowing what a common, high end fabric is at an upholstery shop.She also said GM may know - but he is never around?

I’ve been getting auto upholstery supplies here for many years, they always seem to have what I need - underlay, trunk liner, spray glue, foam, hog rings, et cetera. Rob has decades of experience and is a pleasure to deal with, always. This, to my knowledge, is the only place in the Red Deer area that you can buy some of this stuff like underlay, et cetera.

Called about getting seats in a dodge pickup re-done , the guy who answered the phone needs a lesson in phone manners. I was fully prepared to give this business a few thousand dollars, however this guy screwed that order up. Spoiled business!
