Thunderbird Bungalows

Always enjoy our stay at Thunderbird Bungalows. Cabins are clean and comfortable. Two bedroom cabins are very spacious. Owners are so friendly and even let us check in early. We will be back next year.

My wife and I were looking to stay four nights. Tried to make contact with Thunderbird, three times in the past two weeks. Twice by phone which went to voicemail. Could not leave message as box was full. Followed with two emails and no response. Left with a poor impression of this establishment.

We spent four days here in September. We found the owners/staff to be very friendly and helpful. The cabin was clean and cozy. Pretty central in town but still enough privacy. We'll definitely be back!

Rented cabin 21 over the Sept long weekend. The staff were friendly, the cabin itself was amazing. Everything was clean and in working order.Very happy overall with my stay and definitely plan to rent this cabin again for future visits.Accidentally left a box of chicken strips in the freezer, I'm only sad because it was 20.00 lol.Highly recommend Thunderbird Bungalows if you plan to stay in clear lake.

Excellent lodging. Very nicely close to everything, close enough to walk uptown, but nicely off the main drag. The cabins were so quiet we never heard anyone else's parties while inside, course that was with the windows shut - AC weather. The cabins were closer together than I had envisioned but not really any different than a campground. Our cabin #9 was freshly redone, maybe not quite done, so everything was really nice. The only thing we could say we were disappointed in was the beds. We have a king bed at home and this was two doubles each in their own room. So quite a bit smaller than we were used to, but we made it fine, not really the cabin or resorts fault. Awesome playground for young children.

Great location, love the town and park. We've been at Thunderbirds two years in a row. No complaints the first year. This year we booked Cabin # 12. Lots of mold in the bedrooms. Smell was so intense, that we had to do some cleaning before moving in for six days. When I brought this up with the managers/owners they didn't even bother to reply. Very disappointing I must say.

Cabins are close to the centre of Wasagaming, any spot is easy to get to by feet. Almost everything you need is provided, bring your own towels, dishwashing sponge and table rug. Good service/price balance.Looking forward to get there again.

We love the pool and Had a 3 bedroom cabin with a new bathroom and a roomy deck. Beds were comfy. Air conditioning was great too. We had a blast. Nice area for walks and shopping was good too.

Friendly, very accommodating staff. Nice interiors of cabins. Had a great time, would stay again!
