The men who washed our windows were extremely professional, polite and efficient. They did a very good job. We have relatively complicated windows (4 pane sliders) that are heavy and cumbersome, and our window washers had no trouble and no complaints about cleaning them. I would recommend this company!

Esteban and James did an amazing job! Booking with the office was smooth and easy, and received a reminder 2 days before. These windows are not easy to navigate but they managed to wash them perfectly. They were punctual, respectful and completed the job in a good amount of time.Used them for a second property where there was a small misunderstanding. Hugo and Elliott were quick to resolve.Definietly recommend Ultra Nettes!

I believe in judging performance in the face of adversity: the two guys showed up on time only to discover that their equipment didn’t work (the company had switched filter systems and they were incompatible with the machine). After 10 minutes on the phone they rolled up their sleeves (so to speak, it was unbearably hot and they wore T-shirts) and cleaned all the windows by hand, using ladders to get to the really high windows in our house. Not for a second did anyone complain. That demonstrates a good company culture. We’ll definitely use them again

Sasha and Alex turned up punctually as agreed, and proceeded to start working with a minimum of fuss, and a very professional attitude. They were careful to avoid disrupting my newly planted strip of garden, and carefully moved any furniture where necessary. I was delighted by their courtesy, their positive approach to the job, and their attention to detail. My windows have never looked so sparkling clean, and I will definitely ask them back next year. Thank you so much!
