Our locker had been broken into and when I called to see if they could check the video camera to see if they could see who it was.. I was told they are just a deturant they are not hooked up... Yet it is posted all over that the place in under surveillance cameras and maybe I should call the police.... Or my insurance company.... There had to be a woman involved in the break in because there are things missing that a man wouldn't know the value of like Meche purse and alot of my clothes are gone plus my Dad's 2 wrist watches ( that every time you wear them I hope they burn a hole through your wrist.... And my video camera is missing I hope you enjoy watching my grandchildren play and my great nieces wedding and my brothers wedding.... I would never recommend this place to anyone to store their stuff at this place

DO NOT STORE VALUABLES HERE!! Terrible security. They only take credit no cash or debit. Was told the security camera isn’t working when I bought the unit. Today had my welder and generator stolen worth over $2,000. At least 5 other units had been cut through. Doesn’t matter what lock you have, they cut the latches not the locks. DO NOT STORE VALUABLES HERE!!

Show up, said unit has a lock on it. We call in to get another unit. EVERY UNIT is full of people's garbage and is unlocked, and not one 5x10 unit is lockable.Secretary doesn't seem to know what's going on with the business this is absolutely the WORST place to go for storage.Irate.

Comparable and competitive for the area.Nice units, dry and clean.

We rented two storage units. When it was time to have them returned, they weren't delivered as planned. We had to go to get them - which worked out as they were infested with mice and many things had to be thrown out. The owner paid a fraction of what was damaged after being threatened with court. This took a couple of months. In the meantime, we were blamed for putting food in the containers (which we never did) and no responsibility was taken for the bad service or rudeness. I would not recommend their services.

11/10 company owner is amazing and their containers are top of the line

Had an issue with the door hardware, but they were quick and polite with the resolution

Contacted company to get quotes. Quoted $4150 per unit. Phone call week later and cost is $4995. Attributed over $800 increase to COVID. Just beware.
