My relationship with Expert Mobile is new ; So I gave 4 stars to begin with =)Literally; I called these folks in a bind, no radio, was called back to the patch for two more days after a 60 day stretch ... The rental radio i had was returned; So I called Expert MobileThese folks had me hooked up and happy in a half hour !!! Yes, half hour, thats programming, sales and checkout included !!!I'm a repeat customer and would recommend these professionals; Great crew !!!!!

First time visit trying to get a radio programmed for local RR channels. Rep was immediately rude and refused any help because I brought in a baofeng HT which he described as an 'illegal radio'. A ridiculous thing to say on a few levels. While the radio is capable of making illegal transmissions if made by an unlicensed operator (rep assumed I am not), I found this interaction unprofessional. I'll take all future business elsewhere. 0 stars if it were an option.

Excellent service. I was able to drop in with no appointment and have a radio installed in my vehicle in less time than I have had to wait to have winter tires put on. Nice installation job as well.

Highly recommend. Was looking for a used cell phone on a buy and sell. My daughter drowned the cellphone we use for her medical device on vacation. Zack contacted me directly on the post and said bring him the phone for a FREE diagnostic test and he said he could most likely fix it for less then I was looking to purchase the used one for. He did get back to me within 24 hours with a fixed phone at only half the price I was hoping to find one for! Very professional and accommodating. Thank you!
