Tommy is a great owner, was always responsive to my emails. We ordered Scooby Doo from Nitro!Unfortunately I don't think I'll be back to order with Nitro. I'm not sure why they pass the credit card fees on to the customer. Not competitive here. Most dealers were also offering free shipping on Stern machines, even my small local dealer. Easily $800 more ordering with Nitro after shipping and CC fees...Please take a look at this TommyThanks!

What a great place to deal with. Tommy was very helpful and just an all round nice guy. Bought a machine on Saturday for my games room, Tommy and his wife were at my door Monday afternoon to install it. 20min later we were enjoying a game together after running through the detail of ownership and how to maintain. Tommy, (Owner) of Nitro Pinball saved the day and our family’s Christmas!!! It all started when I ordered a Jurassic Park Premium in July 2021 from Orange County Pinball and was promised the pin before Christmas by Evan, (Owner). Unfortunately, Evan ended up not fulfilling the order I put a deposit on and notified me mid-November I was not only, NOT getting my pin during the December run, but I now had to pay his ridiculous $1700 mark up! (Avoid Orange Co Pinball – Not good dealings, see full review).However, back to Nitro saving the day. So I called Tommy to check on the Mods I had on order, (JP topper & shooting rod) and while talking with him, I mentioned how Orange County screwed me and was now trying to shake me down for additional money. Tommy was so cool! He said not to worry and he had one coming that he would hold back for me. I was super excited and very grateful he saved our Christmas! He even honored the original price I was going to buy it for with the other company. I received my JPP on December 1st and the family has been playing it like crazy. Tommy, you’re awesome and Nitro Pinball is the place I will buy all my future new pins from! Thanks again~

Bought my first ever pinball machine from Nitro Pinball, and the whole experience was excellent!Tommy was extremely helpful with every step of process. Even checked if I was aware of things such as the shaker motor (which I wasn't and was very happy to find out about).He and his wife came to install the machine and were fantastic. Tommy was very informative and showed me the ins and outs of the machine so I would know how to access things. Had a great conversation with them during the setup as well!I will 100% go back to Nitro Pinball in the future for my next purchase (fingers crossed the rumored Stern Godzilla table happens!)

Excellent. Tommy is outstanding to work with. The machine was shipped and arrived within 1 week of ordering.The machine was professionally installed in my house by Alex and I was given a thorough walk-through of maintenance, accessing diagnostics on the machine, and tips and tricks for getting the best out of the experience.This was my first machine I couldn't have been happier with the experience. For anyone who might hesitate getting a pinball machine because its hard to maintain or difficult to install, Tommy and Nitro have you covered 110%!
