Normally I'm understanding and tolerant of workers at night considering they might have had a long day and fatigue can kick in. However, I don't enjoy continued lazy and uninterested service from the moment we arrive. Our server, Mario seemed to be very disinterested in our group upon arriving and seemed to be annoyed when we had questions regarding food and drinks. Even as far as going as saying certain drinks were for women only when we were inquiring about daily specials. And while we asked the question to see which drinks were part of the daily special, the server gave us the wrong information and we purchased drinks under that guidance but paid more. I found that despite our group of 6, we were respectful, quiet and obedient to the restaurant policies. My experience wasn't tainted from the food, but more so the service. Whenever we had questions, we seemed to be met with resistance or annoyance and we don't deserve such treatment. I wouldn't recommend coming here in a group given the fact that our experience was not enjoyable at all.

Be careful they tried to double charge me for a draft but Apple wallet does not lie they were caught red handed with the mistake and wouldn't even offer a free Molson Draft. Not to be trusted. Kinda dodgy place. Pay by beer not the greatest tab place.

First time ordering from the Waterloo E location...Terrible service. Orders two 1lbs wing meals. One with fries, there was a total of 15 fries (could see the bottom of the container.) Called to complain and the woman on the phone was rude and would not even listen to us and told us to go straight to corporate. So we did! Disgusted with their customer service and food. No wonder they are desperately hiring!Used to order from Kitchener all the time with amazing experience every time....so disappointed!P.S. The wings were dry and had next to no sauce.

Henry was such an amazing server. We got our drinks and food super fast for a big group. He recommended really good wings & made them spicier for me. Overall, great experience!

I ordered a BLT wrap yesterday and it was the worst thing I’ve ever tasted.Firstly: I ordered on the ritual app and the cook forgot my fries. When I asked for fries he said I just ordered the wrap with no fries? It seems like the employees do not know the menu because all the wraps come with fries.I’ve had food from here before and it was good- so maybe they changed chefs and the quality has gone down. The chicken was chewy and did not taste fresh. I felt sick after eating from here and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone

Probably one of the worst dine in experiences I’ve had. That’s a lot to say considering I don’t have many of those at all. My partner and I dined in last Tuesday and first felt sorry for our server seeing as she was manning bar and front on her own but we were relieved that the crowd that night wasn’t big at all. It was a pretty quiet night, at least for the hour or so that we sat. I’m a server as well and work all of my shifts alone manning front so I get how stressful and frustrating it is sometimes. After our experience with our server, we ended up not feeling bad.At all.We were given the wrong order (We ordered one brown eyed girl and one mystery+dry cajun) and when we communicated to our server that that might be the case, the service the whole entire night just went down the toilet as if the wrong order being brought to us was somehow our fault??? We already felt bad that we had to send the wrong order back knowing that she probably had a long day and she was working front on her own, now we felt even worse that we were getting the most disrespectful attitude out of it. For the rest of the night, our server would just come to our table after grabbing her attention and no longer responded to what we would say or ask. She’d just do whatever she needed to for our table without acknowledgment. Honestly looked like she wanted to break the table :\\ Honestly didn’t even wanna tip but she started acting nice only as soon as the card machine came up and she realized that I was very disgusted with her behaviour bc I was expressing to my partner that I didn’t want to tip her a cent. Even hovered BEHIND me while I used the machine.
