TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Biggest issue is understaffing. We waited to see a teller in line for about 30 minutes. There was a line up stretching all the way to the entrance. There is a moderate number of customers coming in at a time, so it's not an overcrowding issue. After 5 PM, staff changes and there are no more than 4 tellers working. The teller we met with is friendly and helpful when helping me reactivate my account. The place is generally clean and air condition is on. I suggest going to another TD branch like the one in Willoughby town centre for quicker service.

I took my friend family who just came from Ukraine to open up accounts.Corinne Pederson was service provider and she did absolutely above and beyond customer service with professional manners.We had lots of request but should have 3 or 4 appointment to do all this inquires. Corinne volunteer herself to skip though her break time and handle all same time. My friend family was having such hard time last whole year of war situations and now felt so welcome to Canada because of Corinne.Thank you again Corinne.

I normally do online banking, but, there have been three occasions I’ve had to visit this branch. The first visit was pleasant. The last two, horrible. Pauline was the teller I had today. Asking me questions about the amount of my deposit. One, it shouldn’t matter, and two, she could of looked at who the cheque was from. Based on the horrible service, I’m planning on closing my account. I asked her what I needed, and she said I needed to make an appointment. When I went over to the desk, the girl there said any teller could do that for me. So not only is Pauline insensitive, she, either A, didn’t care to help, or B, doesn’t know how to do it. I’ll be taking my business to a different bank.

Went to get a replacement access card. Lady helping me was friendly, but I could sense some attitude that she could be doing something else. Like I was bothering her. As soon as she turned away she had a real angry look on her face. This was last week. Asian lady wearing all green. I felt rushed and uncomfortable. Won’t be going back to this branch and if I am will be avoiding her.

I would rate 0 if there was a 0 star. I've wanted to open an account. One of the advisors seemed to be avoiding doing it. Or at least it sounded she was unwilling. There were too many delays too many excuses and reasons which I find so unprofessional. I would not go to this branch at all.NO customer service skills or whatsoever.

I had my mother in law deposit a bank draft from another bank into my account. I live 3 hours away from this branch. Telephone banking can't help me because it's discretion of branch. Call the branch and not one person will pick up the phone.

I had to wait in line for 40 minutes just to pick up a new card that came in - only a few of the cashiers were open, and the manager and other employees were standing around while there was a line of like 20-30 people waiting - not how I would run my business, but you do you I guess

I recently had a terrible experience with TD bank, where I had taken a mortgage with them. Despite the fact that I am currently struggling to pay my mortgage, they have shown no flexibility or willingness to help. I have contacted them numerous times, explaining my situation and requesting an extension to make smaller monthly payments. However, they have been unhelpful and have refusedto accommodate my needs. It is clear that their primary focus is on making as much profit as possible.I advise anyone considering taking out a mortgage to look elsewhere and avoid TD bank. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this bank to anyone. I heard about different banks and how they help their customers...Their lack of empathy to help their customers in difficult situation...So, it is better to find an alternative bank that values its customers and is willing to work with them to find solutions during tough times.
