I have had 2 other gutter companies out to fix a leak we have had over our patio cover in past 3 years. I phoned Curtis at Black Bear Gutters, who came out a few hours later to take a look. He found the problem (our previous company had installed a number of new 3” downspouts but had forgot to cut a hole in top of one for water to drain). Curtis was very professional and said the rest of their work was very good, they just missed this which happens and he cut the hole and said to just keep an eye on it to ensure it does not leak next few months again. Did everything at no charge, never bad mouthed his competitor, sent me photos so I could inform the other company and made it to top of my list for people/ companies to call for any future work. We had new gutters installed by Kurtis and his team and we couldn't be happier. They were professional, courteous, and co-operative. As we were having the exterior of the house painted, we had to have them remove the old gutters on an earlier date, paint and then have Black Bear come back and install the new ones - they did this happily and it made the entire project so much easier - and the final outcome looks great.Would highly recommend

We had Kurtis come and give us an estimate for replacing all downpipes and cleaning the gutters. We found the estimate to be very good and decided to go ahead with the job.
