Extremely rude. Yelled at an old lady to move her truck. Came out and said ‘excuse me lady can you pick a spot please’ in a very rude manner, when the lady was the tiniest bit out of her lines.

By appointment only but when you book it’s not a real appointment system, so you submit a time you’d like to come and then hope that works? We submitted a time 48 hours in advance and then when we showed up they had closed early for the day and just left us in the dark.Very frustrating.

I went to stop in at the New Penny and learned that the owner had passed away. I was told that there was a new shop near by and checked it out. I was not disappointed. The owners are very knowledgable and make every effort to make those customers feel at ease. Their stock range is good with something for everyone, regardless of their budget. I was looking for some low price coins to fill my in my collection and they treated me as if I was a high roller. This his such a nice change as some stores I've been too that make you feel that you're not really worth their time. I have been back a couple of times and look forward to continuing to give them what business I can.

I had a great experience here today. The owner is a sweet, understanding and respectful older gentleman . He explained the whole process to me, answered my questions, showed me all the numbers and rates and was very fair. Women especially, if you are looking to sell gold, this is a safe place to go.

Went in on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at 9:30 am after booking an appointment with Dan with was very helpful, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Although they were not able to help us at that visit we will be visiting them in the future and highly recommend Dan, Ryan and Poul. Great team and wish them the very best.

Went to buy silver bullion. He asked if I had an appointment. I didn't realize it was by appointment only. Then he rudely told me to make an appointment and come back. There was nobody in the store. Guess I won't be going back there. Never experienced a store owner that hates customers before.

Wow! Professional, friendly, very knowledgeable and kind. Mom and I visited Poul and Dan for an appraisal and sale. Every step of the appraisal was explained. Great atmosphere. 100% recommended.
