Fabutan / Hush Lash Studio

I received a spray tan yesterday which was suppose to me “medium”. I used a sticker to notice a difference but when I woke up this morning, I am no shade darker than I was when I went for it. Extremely disappointed. Will not purchase from here again.

Have to drive out of my way to get to this Fabutan, but after the awful experience at the 8th street location, this one was AMAZING, and i will glady drive across town!! Friendly staff, always helpful and accomodating, were more than happy to help and have me as a customer (when I wouldnt pay ridiculous prices for new lotion and eyewear at 8th street). Very clean, nice place inside. Definitely recommend!!

A very rude man with no mask on came up to my window told rudely that i could not park where no signage was posted. I do not live in erindale. I rescued a kitten left in the cold and was trying to see a vet. Instead this man decided to be mr. Grinch to me. I then tried to speak to him but he continued to walk away in his anger. Into the store.The manager from this salon assured me this man does not work their, she felt bad for what happened and thanked me for taking care of the kitten. This is a good sign of a good manager and professionalism.Lets remember its super cold out, and we are in a pandemic! Be patient, be kind, be understanding. Lets stop the anger, and educate people on politness. I get things are hard but the person you yell at might be having a harder day.

My lashes were poorly done, they only lasted a week and half of them fell out, I followed all the after care and they still fell out in one week. Della tried to make me feel bad when I made a complaint about how poorly my eyelashes were done. I will not be recommending this place to anyone because I spend 145$ on poorly done lashes and they expect me to pay every week for a touch up for a poorly done job. The glue is to thick which is to heavy for the your natural lashes and the eyelashes feel like wires. I am so not impressed.

Went and got eyelash extensions on Monday, I was super excited to treat myself. And I wasn't afraid of paying the price I did, for the fact it's a salon and they should have very professional and trained employees. I had lost almost half my lashes on the inner corner of my eye within the first day. I now am going to a fellow friend who will fill them in for me for $15 considering it's been 4 days of having my lashes and I've lost an immense amount. This is not my first time having eyelash extensions and I've never had this bad of shedding this fast. Hopefully after leaving this review the company can reach out to me, and I will show them photos of the end result I was given.Ladies were very friendly otherwise. Just disappointed for paying 150$ for eyelashes that can't last 7 days minimum.1 week post having lashes done here. And I can count how many lashes are on each eye. 11 on my left eye and 8 on my right eye. Never am I ever coming here again nor should you to get lash extensions. Waste of money, what a joke.

I really appreciate Fabutan listening to and following through with customer concerns! My experience every time I go now is top notch! I will definitely recommend this tanning studio to friends and family now. Keep up the great work!Customer care and satisfaction is definitely affected when all staff are not consistent and don’t provide essentials like a towel and a head rest for their clients. You get used to having that for a few visits in a row and then it disappears! Even during COVID times, customers need these care items to keep them coming back. Thanks.I returned to tan again today (January 12th) and nothing has changed! No towel or headrest made available to customers (unless you ask, apparently)! I was hoping that the staff would be working harder towards better customer care since my earlier review, but it actually seems worse. It’s definitely not nice not having the comfort of a headrest or getting dressed when you’re sweaty and can’t towel off. Let’s focus more on customer care here!The location is convenient, but I could easily find another place to give my business. I hope that things change there and I highly commend the one staff member who continues to provide this quality care every time she is working.

Been a Fabutan client for over 20 years, and I love it, there packages never expire, a variety of lotions available to purchase! They run lots of different sales, promos! There business has evolved and offers other great services!

8th street location has a new policy - you MUST buy their lotion at $85+++ in the last year to use their beds!!!!Oh yeah and their eye protection!!Sell us the minutes then change the rules?!?!

Let me be clear, this rating is for the Ludlow location only! The owner, Della, sincerely cares about her customers. She ensures excellent quality and service. She's fantastic with Hush lashes and the beds are always maintained well. I go for the Infra-red therapy and it's always a pleasure to visit the salon. All of the staff is knowledgeable and pays attention to customers and their needs. This Fabutan by far surpasses other studios I've visited.

The quality of lashes and gel used was poor. Lashes are synthetic, harsh and thick. Della put the gel pads too close to the lower lid of left eye that it ended up red and swollen for a week. The glue used was poor quality. The extensions started falling off the very next day even though the natural lashes didn't fall. Even after taking good care of them they didn't last a week. Will not recommend to anyone.
