Brantford

A GO bus driver named, Paul (Brantford and Hamilton route), was excellent! He was both kind and responsible to his passengers. He was very patient at providing directions to me and others, and assisted with my luggage up and down the bus. What a difference a good act could do to someone’s day.

Racist bus drivers

Buses are almost always late, sometimes by almost 30 minutes. Drivers need to go back and learn to drive. Some hit curbs constantly others have yet to learn how to stop without sending passengers flying forward.

The Drivers are rude and cannot drive, A good example is when they stop for or should I say if they stop for a red light or stop sign they slam the brakes and slam the gas, The Busses are usually late but they are very good at notifying the public of delays.

Really good station

The staff has taken it upon themselves to close the public washrooms because they do not want to monitor them. I am displeased with this. Many times since have I witnessed the elderly suffer because of this issue.Pl

Worst services ever. Can't rely on em.

Unfortunately your website is misleading saying ages 5-12 are free. I discovered this when a very confrontational driver started raising her voice and getting extremely worked up when the only words I said were shes 12". When the employee is being argumentative when the passenger is calmly saying "just let me show you the website" its no wonder so many people are unhappy with the services. The inspector "cut us a break this time" and the driver "gets this all the time" so maybe you would think if this happens often the wording would be changed to avoid the issue. Needless to say this is a very unfortunate experience that they can hopefully rectify.P.s a 12 year old should not be classified as an adult therefore should not have to pay adult fares."
