I had the pleasure of dealing with Evan Cullen at Ray Cullen Chevrolet for our new car needs. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He got us fair trade value for our car, actually the best in the market. I had the pleasure of dealing with Martin Grant for financing needs and he is a gem of a person to deal with, he met all of our needs for terms and setting up the specific dates for monthly payment as well as get the best financing rates in the market lower than the prime rate of Bank of Canada to be honest, which is impressive. They also offered 4 free oil change to sweeten the deal to get my business.I will update this review again after my experience with their service department.I would highly recommend Ray Cullen Chevrolet for their sales, give em a chance and you'll not be disappointed. Keep up the good work folks!!!

We got a chevy Malibu from Chris Rose. It was an amazing experience. He explained everything to us and was answering all our questions with patience. I would recommend Ray Cullen and Chris.

Stay away from serviceI'm a used car dealer and needed a few things diagnosed and estimated on a 2015 gmc yukon xl I purchased at an auction and it had a few issues.We had already checked out the car before hand but the the auction needs an oem dealer to do the diagnostic and estimate of repairs so I can return the car for undisclosed issues. Issues were:1) transmission2) Running boards not working3) suspension problem4) blind spot detectionThey were the only dealer who had an appointment open fairly soon and I needed this diagnosis as soon as possible so i dropped it off there. I called in for a question about the vehicle. Justin Fraser talks to me and says just so you know each issue is going to cost you 150 each so a total of 600 dollars just to see the issues and quote them. I was taken by surprise how in the world does that make sense.We had already checked out the issues at our shop and it took less than an hour to figure out all the issues together. I understand maybe the transmission issue needs more time but everything else is accessible and visible and it does not cost 600 dollars to do that. I just told them to look at the transmission as I had a deadline to submit the paperwork to the auction I had no other choice. I can't believe they actually tried that on me absolute robbery.

My electric car was out of charge, the charging stations where not working in town, and I had no place to go but you welcomed me with open arms, allowed me to charge the car, offer me a coffee and water for my dog. I had a problem not long ago with the service of my vehicle and I felt as though no resolution was going to happen. Mr. Cullen wrote me and passed my information off to Julie to help come to a resolution. Julie was very kind, understanding and professional. She went above and beyond to help settle the issues. I am very happy with how this matter was sorted in the end. She made it so I can call her when I have future problems with my vehicle, knowing I will be taken care of properly and professionally. It's nice to know that Mr. Cullen has outstanding employees.

They go above and beyond for their customers, they’re straight to the point and don’t try to pull the wool over your eyes. They’re very truthful and want the best for you and your vehicle. We have been dealing with Clare as our service associate and he’s been very helpful! The reception staff they have at service is amazing as well, always has a smile and takes the time to get to know you and even makes an effort to talk to and interact with my kids. I’m sorry I forgot her name, but she’s absolutely wonderful! I couldn’t recommend this Chevrolet more, for all your service needs!

My wife and daughter were visiting London today from our home near Kingston and had a low tire pressure on our Yukon, and brought it here to have looked at.Despite the super busy schedule during tire turnover season, they understood the importance of addressing the issue before my family drove 400km home today, and took the vehicle in. After two to three hours to diagnosis and repair the problem, they were safely on their way. For less than $80.With how many fleet vehicles from the city/private companies came in today while they were waiting, the staff could have easily turned away my wife. The fact they understood how important it was to resolve this, and get my family home safely, and charged a super reasonable price is amazing.I am happy to have a long drive back to Ray Cullen for my SUVs future servicing requirements.

I called to inquire about some cars that I saw on the Ray Cullen website (under new vehicles" and then "complete lineup"). The website allows you to browse 2022 models and go through the financing options to determine payments and interest rates. I saw some that I liked so I called and spoke with a man named Donovan. He laughed at me for so long when I said I needed a car within a week. He said "99.9% of what you see on dealership websites are not in stock". I'm aware of the chip shortage
