Very bad customer service, never dealt with a such company that has so bad service and unprofessional people that ignore phone calls from ordering desk to the shipping warehouseTalking to these people made yiy feel that yoy are bothering them by calling to place an order,I don't know why such a big company hire these irresponsible unprofessional people to work for them.They refuse to answer phone calls, especially on Fridays,Few times already we sent our driver to pkup an order from there warehouse and driver couldn't get to there warehouse, they refuse to open for him,or answer the shipping door bell or calls,These missed pk-ups orders caused us lots of business damaged that we couldn't finsh our lab work on time and caused doctors to cancell there patients appointments due to un able to finish there work on time.That cause us a business loss!!The only person who is so responsible and very helpful and professional is Louis, he is always trying to help goes out of his way to have things done,but some times hard to reach due to his busy schedule, I hope some one from the management office will read this review and decide to contact me to discuss there customer services issues.
