We hired another company replace our downspouts and tune" our gutters. The downspouts were fine but the gutters continued to leak (see first photo). Then we hired Tip Top Trough to replace the gutters and install a leaf screen. They quoted a fair price and completed the work in a timely manner. They corrected some minor deficiencies promptly. A rainstorm yesterday revealed the quality of their work. Not a drop coming from the gutters and a healthy torrent from the downspout. Very satisfied by the work and communication."

After the garage flooded, and the water was pouring off the eavestrough like Niagara Falls, it was time for an eavestrough cleaning. Tip Top Trough came highly recommended and they were able to come to clean the eavestrough within two days. They were very professional, completed the job efficiently and thoroughly and gave me a complete report on the job, advising that the main area of concern, Niagara Falls, was completely cleaned and working properly. We own a rental property in Toronto, but live three hours away. We rely on contractors who are honest, efficient and capable. When they came to assess the issue, it was more complicated than just a clog in the eavestrough. Pierce was so helpful and patient in explaining the total problem to me, and promised to make the necessary repairs. The team that came to do the removal and installing of my new improved eve troughs were so efficient and professional.I had used the same company for repair many years ago to hold me over until now when I wanted a complete upgraded full system with bigger downpipes and new lates and best leaf guardsThey extrude the eve trough right there in my driveway and the longest piece was 50 feet!!!My house was very complicated with a balcony and bay windows as well as a manor roof but they tackled it with ease and it is a beautiful sight as you can see in the pictures!!!

I had a great experience working with this company. I replaced existing gutters and eavestroughs and redirected the flow of water from the previous setup. Myriam took the time to explain the rationale for how the new system would manage the water, showed mock-ups, listened to my concerns on the esthetics and balanced it with proper function.
